摘要: A system for automating GUI digital content tracking is used to conduct a back end navigation event in which partitioned digital content blocks are sequentially displayed via an agent GUI. The system receives, in the back end navigation event, in association with at least some of the displayed partitioned digital content blocks, respective agent inputs indicating tracking markers within the partitioned digital content blocks. The system further establishes automated tracking of downstream user navigation events in which the partitioned digital content blocks are displayed in user GUIs, and generates tracking data including quantifications of user interactions, in the tracked downstream user navigation events, with the indicated tracking markers. At least a portion of the tracking data is displayed in a back end evaluation event.

摘要: In one implementation a method of transmitting a multimedia file over a data network is provided that involves receiving from a device in a data network a first message in a first protocol that request first data associated with the multimedia file, the first data being useable by the device to establish a streaming session that involves a transmission of the multimedia file. The first message includes identifying data of a referring site. The method also involves transmitting to the device the first data and optionally the identifying data of the referring site and then receiving from the device a second message in a second protocol for the purpose of creating a streaming session associated with the multimedia file. A streaming session is then created for transmitting the multimedia file to the device. In another implementation a method is provided that involves receiving in a computing device from a referring site an identifier of first data associated with a multimedia file and identifying data of the referring site, wherein the first data is useable for establishing a streaming session for downloading the multimedia file. The method further involves transmitting from the computing device a first message in a first protocol that requests the first data associated with the multimedia file and receiving in the computing device the first data. Upon receiving the first data the computing device transmits a second message in a second protocol for the purpose of creating the streaming session associated with the multimedia file, the second message including the first data and the identifying data of the referring site. The computing device then receives via the streaming session, all or a portion of the multimedia file. In some implementations, the first protocol and the second protocol are the same.

摘要: A method performed by a charging system includes receiving a message related to delivery of a service to an end user device. The charging system searches a local storage system to find a session identifier associated with the message. In response to determining that the session identifier is not at the local storage system, a backend storage system is queried for subscriber account data associated with the session identifier. As a result, despite the absence of the session identifier and associated subscriber account data at the local storage system, the charging system can grant service units for the end user device based on the subscriber account data retrieved from the backend storage system.

摘要: Embodiments provide systems and methods for a generic representational state transfer (ReST) framework that can be used to communicate with heterogeneous ReST interfaces. On embodiment of a method comprises storing endpoint configurations for heterogeneous ReST interfaces as configurable files consumable by a ReST framework; receiving, by the ReST framework, a request to perform an operation and ReST resource details associated with the request to perform the operation; generating a ReST request, the ReST request including an endpoint URL for a target resource, a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) method, and a header; and sending the ReST request to a ReST server. Generating the ReST request can comprise accessing the first endpoint configuration and extract first endpoint configuration data that is applicable to servicing the request to perform the operation, the first endpoint configuration data specifying the header; and mapping the operation to the HTTP method.
