    摘要: A structure of a fuel cell system and a controlling method thereof are provided. The structure of the fuel cell system includes a flow sensor that is configured to detect a flow of air introduced into the fuel cell system and an air compressor that is configured to compress the introduced air and has an air foil bearing to maintain minimum driving revolutions per minute or greater. Additionally, the system includes a flow adjuster that is connected to the fuel cell system. Accordingly, since an amount of air corresponding to a required amount of air of the fuel cell system is supplied by limiting or recirculating an excessive air supply while securing durability and durability of abrasion of the air compressor to which the air foil bearing is applied, a dry phenomenon of the fuel cell system including a stack due to the excessive supply of air is prevented.

    摘要: A humidifier for a fuel cell system is provided to improve humidification efficiency of a hollow fiber improving a gas flow inside a membrane module into which tube side air and moist air are introduced. The humidifier includes a membrane module in which hollow fibers are fixed inside a case in a bundle form and a first manifold and a second manifold each assembled at both ends of the case. An inside of the membrane module includes a tube side air supply tube which forms a gas flow in the same direction as the hollow fiber and one side of the tube side air supply tube includes at least one moist air pumping part configured to suction moist air flowing in an exterior of the tube side air supply tube by a flow velocity and a flow pressure of tube side air.

    摘要: An apparatus that efficiently supplies air to a fuel cell within a vehicle. In particular, a compressor compresses air and supplies a first portion of the compressed air to an evaporator and a second portion to a heat exchanger. A drain valve also discharges condensate water from a fuel cell to the evaporator so that the evaporator receives some of both the compressed air and the condensate water and supplies air humidified by evaporation of the condensate water directly to the fuel cell. A heat exchanger also receives some of the compressed air, transfers heat from the received compressed air to the evaporator, and discharges cooled air to a humidifier. The humidifier receives and humidifies the cooled air and supplies the humidified air to the fuel cell.
