摘要： A planar electrochemical probe includes a probe body laminated together from a plurality of solid electrolyte layers and having integrated into the probe body a gas measurement chamber which is connected to the measurement gas via a diffusion hole. The diffusion hole has a depth that extends beyond the gas measurement chamber into a solid electrolyte layer adjoining the gas measurement chamber. The manufacture of the planar electrochemical probe includes making the diffusion hole in the probe body after the electrolyte layers have been laminated together and before the layers are sintered.

摘要： A sensor for determining gas components and/or gas concentrations in gas mixtures, in particular in exhaust gases of internal combustion engines. The sensor has an oxygen pump cell and a measuring element having a sensitive region. Provided between the pump cell and the gas mixture is a diffusion path in which there are formed an oxygen gradient XO.sub.2 and a gradient X.sub.CO of the gas component to be determined, which extend respectively in opposite directions. The measuring element is positioned relative to the pump cell and the diffusion path in such a way that an excess of oxygen is present on the sensitive region of the measuring element.

摘要： A positive temperature coefficient temperature sensor for use in exhaust-gas systems of internal-combustion engines includes a sensor element having a multilayer laminate composite structure with a positive temperature coefficient thermistor, formed by at least two resistor tracks arranged one above another and electrically insulated from one another. One of the layers of the multilayer structure is an insulating ceramic base film, and a first one of the at least two resistor tracks, with a supply lead, is printed onto the insulating ceramic base film. A second one of the at least two resistor tracks is disposed separately on the insulating ceramic base film by means of at least one insulating layer printed above the first one of the at least two resistor tracks. The at least two resistor tracks disposed one above another are connected by a land guided through the at least one insulating layer. A further film is subsequently laminated on the surface of the insulating ceramic base film printed with the at least two resistor tracks. The at least two resistor tracks are hermetically sealed by the laminate composite structure with respect to a gas being measured and environmental air.

摘要： The present embodiments relate to an apparatus which can be used to increase the bending strength of a tube in its connection region. The apparatus may include an adapter unit, the shape of which is matched to a cross-sectional shape of a tube end in such a manner that on the one hand the adapter unit can be fitted to a tube connection of a device instead of the tube end and on the other hand the tube end can be fitted to the adapter unit. The apparatus may also include at least one spring element made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, which is connected to the adapter unit, projects out of the adapter unit in the direction of the tube and has a termination element at the projecting end, against which termination element a fitted tube abuts when subjected to bending, so that the rigidity of the spring element increases the bending strength of the tube in the region between the adapter unit and the element.
