摘要: A clock spring for use with a steering device of an automobile, including a fixed member, a movable member rotatably mounted on the fixed member with a cable accommodating portion defined therebetween, and a cable accommodated in the cable accommodating portion for effecting electrical connection between the fixed member and the movable member. One end of the cable is fixed to the fixed member and led out of the fixed member, while the other end of the cable is fixed to the movable member and led out of the movable member. One portion of the cable is wrapped in one direction on either of the fixed member or the movable member, while the other portion is wrapped in the opposite direction reverse to the one direction on the other of the fixed member and the movable member, whereby an inverted portion of the cable is formed between the one portion and the other portion. The improvement of the clock spring resides in the point that the number of wrapping of one or several of plural cable elements constituting the cable is set to be smaller than that of the remaining cable elements.

摘要: A clock spring connector of the present invention is used in steering systems of automobile cars and comprises a stationary member and a movable member rotatably mounted relative to the stationary member, both of which are electrically connected to each other by using cables. The cables are received in receiving portions formed by the stationary member and the movable member, and a spacer having an opening is rotatably interposed between the stationary member and the movable member. The cables and a driving belt are wound in one of the receiving portions separated from each other by the spacer, the remaining portion of each of the cables and the driving belt and the being wound in the other receiving portion through the opening. A driving roller which engages with the driving belt is disposed in the opening.

摘要: A stator of a rotating machine includes a stator core, a plurality of winding wires wound on the stator core, a first bus ring, a second bus ring, and a holder device. The first bus rings each has a first radial dimension and selectively connects electrically with each of the wires. The second bus ring has a second radial dimension different from the first radial dimension and selectively connects electrically with each of the wires. The holder device holds the first and the second bus rings. The holder device includes a first and a second support portion. The first support portion supports a plurality of the first bus rings aligned along an axial direction of the stator core. The second support portion supports the second bus ring on a radially outward or inward side of the first bus rings.

摘要: Provided is a vibration isolation device such that weight reduction can be achieved and it is possible to simplify the structure of a resin molding die for molding the bracket member. Engagement in a direction where the external member (60) slips out of the bracket member (30) occurs in a structure achieved in such a way that a pair of first wall section parts (62) of the external member (60) are installed inside the bracket member (30). As a result, it is possible to curb a situation where, as in the case of conventional vibration damping devices, undercut shapes are formed. Consequently, it is possible to simplify the structure of the resin molding die for molding the bracket member (30). Furthermore, as regards the external member (60), a portion between the leg sections (50), which form a pair, is omitted, and therefore, weight can be reduced correspondingly.

摘要: To provide a vibration isolation apparatus which prevents a vibration isolation leg from being pushed by a resin material injected in a resin molding process and to prevent generation of resin burrs. Because a rubber notch 5055 is formed in a first molding product 5100, when the first molding product 5100 is placed in a resin mold 400 in an insert molding process, the pressure of the flowing resin material injected in the resin mold 400 through the injection gate can be relieved and thus first wall covering rubber parts 52 may be less pushed by the resin material. This reduces positional deviation of a vibration isolation leg 50 and sealing errors caused by deformation of the first wall covering rubber parts 52, and thus generation of resin burrs can be suppressed.

摘要: A printer control unit starts operations related to next image information signals following a predetermined period required for executing post-processing operations after thermally fixing all toner images related to previous image information signals on recording mediums by a fixing device. Furthermore, the printer control unit sets a predetermined period required for executing post-processing operations based on information related to the environment in which the laser printer is situated. This arrangement prevents slippage of sheets at the fixing unit.

摘要: Disclosed is a steering sensor unit which can highly accurately detect the rotational angle of a steering wheel, can be easily mounted on a steering shaft, and ensures satisfactory operability after mounted on the steering shaft. A rotor of a steering sensor has joint portions provided thereon for transmitting rotation of a steering wheel to the rotor. When the steering sensor unit is mounted on a steering shaft, the steering sensor is disposed in a position close to the steering wheel and the rotary connector is disposed below the steering sensor. Elastic engagement bosses are formed at distal ends of the joint portions. The rotor and the steering wheel are coupled to each other by fitting the elastic engagement bosses into engagement holes bored in a central hub of the steering wheel.
