Intake air throttling is carried out in order to raise an exhaust gas temperature in a low-load mode and in a traction mode. The amount of intake air throttling is determined as function of an expected load demand so that, with an expected unchanged or decreasing load demand, an increased or maximum possible intake air throttling is set. With an expected rising load demand, however, no or reduced intake air throttling is set, and the expected load demand is estimated based on operating and ambient parameters of the internal combustion engine.

    摘要: A power switch circuit for driving an airbag squib module has a power transistor, a pre-charge capacitance for storing a charge, a charging circuit and a controllable energy-coupling element. The power transistor has a first electrode, a second electrode and a control electrode. A path between the first electrode and the second electrode is connected in series with the airbag squib module between a supply potential and a reference potential. The charging circuit charges the pre-charge capacitance and the charging circuit is therefore coupled with the pre-charged capacitance. The controllable energy coupling element is connected between a first electrode of the pre-charge capacitance and the control electrode of the power transistor. The power switch exhibits a high degree of stability, allows a fast switching of the power transistor and further has an advantageous transient response.

    摘要: A circuit configuration for limiting an output voltage of a clocked voltage regulator includes a control unit receiving a direct voltage to be regulated and having an output for supplying an output voltage. A voltage regulating amplifier is constructed as an integrator, receives the output voltage and a reference voltage, and supplies an output signal. A current threshold generator detects a current intensity of the integrator and supplies an output signal. A multiplier multiplies the output signal of the current threshold generator by the output signal of the voltage regulating amplifier and a signal obtained from the direct voltage to be regulated and supplies an output signal. A current regulating amplifier receives the output signal of the multiplier and a signal obtained from the direct voltage to be regulated and supplies an output signal. A driver stage converts the output signal of the current regulating amplifier into a trigger signal for the control unit. A comparator detects an output voltage of the voltage regulating amplifier and furnishes a dominant shutoff signal to the control unit if a reference voltage is exceeded.

    摘要: An integratable circuit configuration includes a first transistor of one conduction type having an emitter being acted upon by a first potential, a collector being acted upon by a second potential, a base, a base-to-collector path and a base-to-emitter path. A second transistor of the other conduction type is connected to the base of the first transistor for triggering. A diode may be connected in parallel with the base-to-collector path of the first transistor. The diode conducts in inverse operation for reverse current reduction during inverse operation of the first transistor. A third transistor may be connected to the first transistor instead of the diode and fourth and further transistors may also be connected to the first transistor.

    摘要: A blocking oscillator converter with controlling logic system has an oscillator which, in the active state, blocks control of a switching transistor of the converter, and hence feeding of the electronic apparatus to be supplied by the converter. The oscillator blocks the output of a control circuit in the active state and, in the passive state, has no influence on the control of the switching transistor by the control circuit. The active state of the oscillator is triggered by monitoring of the possible operational errors by an error indicator when such an operational error occurs. After decay of the operational error has taken place, the oscillator again returns to the passive state. The advantage of the blocking oscillator converter with controlling logic system is primarily provided through a considerable reduction of the power dissipation in the blocking oscillator converter, and primarily in its switching transistor during error indications.
