    摘要: The present invention relates to a color adjustment apparatus and a method thereof. The color adjustment apparatus according to the present invention includes a calculation unit and an adjustment unit. The calculation unit receives an input color signal, and divides the input color signal into color groups and performs a calculation operation thereon to generate at least two calculation signals. The adjustment unit receives the calculation signals and the input color signal, and adjusts at least one of contrast group and complement group of the input color signal according to at least two of the calculation signals and a predetermined color value to generate an output color signal for a video-display apparatus. Accordingly, viewers can enjoy better visual experience.

The interpolation method includes receiving a plurality of image fields having a corresponding image object, estimating a motion speed of the image object according to a distance between a first pixel position to which the image object located in a first image field of the plurality of image fields and a second pixel position to which the image object located in a second image field of the plurality of image fields, determining the pixel from the plurality of image fields according to the motion speed of the image object, and interpolating the pixel into the position to be interpolated in the target image frame.

    摘要: An apparatus for adjusting image color saturation and a method for adjusting a saturation level of an original image data are provided. The image color saturation apparatus includes a first color over-saturation level calculating unit, a parameter adjusting unit, a saturation adjusting unit and a second color over-saturation level calculating unit. The apparatus for adjusting image color saturation detects the number of over-saturation pixels in an input image according to a predefined over-saturation area, and the number of over-saturation pixels in an adjusted output image. Thus, the parameter adjusting unit can dynamically adjust a saturation gain to maintain the frame consistency according to the number of the over-saturation pixels.

The data queue receives and temporarily stores an input data value corresponding to a current pixel. The conversion unit outputs a current offset table corresponding to a current depth parameter of the current pixel. The current offset table includes (m+1) reference offsets corresponding to the current pixel and neighboring m pixels. The offset calculation unit selects one of the reference offsets corresponding to the current pixel in the current offset table and multiple previous offset tables as a data offset corresponding to the current pixel. The data queue selects and outputs an output data value corresponding to the current pixel according to an integer part of the data offset and the input data value.

    摘要: An image processing apparatus includes a pixel difference calculator, a summing unit, a determining unit, and an output unit. The pixel difference calculator receives a present image having first pixels and a previous image having second pixels, calculates pixel differences between corresponding first and second pixels, and outputs positive and negative pixel difference values. The summing unit obtains a first output value by adding up those of the positive pixel difference values and a second output value by adding up those of the negative pixel difference values. The determining unit determines a noise level of the present image from the first and second output values, and outputs a blended value. The output unit adds together weights of pixels at the same positions of the present and previous images according to the blended value to generate an output image. An image processing method is also disclosed.

The video decoder decodes a video data stream to generate an interlaced video signal and transmits a first interlaced control signal.
