摘要: An apparatus including processing circuitry configured to: acquire a plurality of sets of medical imaging data of a region of a subject, each set of data corresponding to a respective different measurement period; apply a filter to the plurality of medical imaging data sets to produce a plurality of filtered medical imaging data sets corresponding to the different measurement periods, wherein the applying of the filter is such that, for each of the medical imaging data sets, the filtering uses at least some information from the other medical imaging data sets acquired at the different time periods and wherein the applying of the filter comprises applying at least one constraint or condition and the constraint or condition comprises preserving at least one measure of intensity for each medical imaging data set.

The dataset can be denoised by applying various techniques to determine noisy frames within each sequence and eliminating the sequences from the dataset when the number of noisy frames in the sequence is too large. In addition, the dataset may be augmented by various data augmentation techniques to manipulate the skeletal representations, after denoising.

摘要: The present application discloses a method of adjusting a parameter, the parameter being used to derive a physiological characteristic of an individual from an image of the user, the method comprising the steps of: obtaining the parameter for the individual; obtaining a corresponding parameter for a plurality of other individuals within a cohort of the individual; comparing the parameter for the individual with a statistically significant parameter for the plurality of other individuals; and adjusting the parameter for the individual in accordance with the difference between the parameter for the individual and the statistically significant parameter for the plurality of other individuals.

摘要: Disclosed in the present invention are a method and system for evaluating a fractal dimension of particle matter in a dispersing system. The method includes: setting that distribution of a particle radius r of particle matter in a dispersing system obeys logarithmic normal distribution lnr˜N(μ, σ2) with an expectation μ and a standard deviation σ, and determining the value of the standard deviation σ; and evaluating a fractal dimension Dƒ of the dispersing system on the basis of the standard deviation σ, an evaluation formula being: Dƒ=1/σ. The present invention provides the formula for evaluating the fractal dimension of particle distribution in a dispersing system. When the formula is used to calculate a fractal dimension, only particle radius distribution of particle matter needs to be measured, and no geometrical morphology feature parameter of the particle matter needs to be measured. Factors such as particle morphology and the like do not affect the fractal dimension. Therefore, the measurement method of the present invention can reduce an error resulting from experimental measurements, can acquire a fractal dimension of particle matter quickly and efficiently, and is especially adapted to data analysis of a dispersion system and a particle swarm.

摘要: Systems and methods for hybrid depth regularization in accordance with various embodiments of the invention are disclosed. In one embodiment of the invention, a depth sensing system comprises a plurality of cameras; a processor; and a memory containing an image processing application. The image processing application may direct the processor to obtain image data for a plurality of images from multiple viewpoints, the image data comprising a reference image and at least one alternate view image; generate a raw depth map using a first depth estimation process, and a confidence map; and generate a regularized depth map. The regularized depth map may be generated by computing a secondary depth map using a second different depth estimation process; and computing a composite depth map by selecting depth estimates from the raw depth map and the secondary depth map based on the confidence map.

摘要: Described herein are means for performing self-supervised visual representation learning using order and appearance recovery on a vision transformer. An exemplary system having a processor and memory is specially configured to execute instructions including: receiving medical image training data; selecting a medical image; generating a first perturbed image by applying local pixel shuffling and other image perturbations and outputting a first patchified perturbed image; generating a second randomized patchified image by patchifying and applying a random permutation to the original image; inputting the first patchified perturbed image and the second randomized patchified image into first and second transformer encoders which each generate and then share first and second generated weights through the recovery of both and patch order appearance from each image; and outputting a pre-trained AI model to perform medical image diagnosis on a new medical image absent from the training data input received by the system.

A first median value of the received data values within a first subset of data values of the received stream is determined, and intermediate data used for determining the first median value is stored. The stored intermediate data is used to determine a median value of the received data values within a second subset of data values of the received stream, wherein the second subset at least partially overlaps with the first subset. The determined median values are outputted for use in the data processing system, e.g. for further processing.
