Abstract: The present invention provides a method for processing congestion and a network device. When a first network device detects congestion, the first network device acquires a data packet from a buffer queue of the first network device, where the data packet is sent by a congestion source device and includes a network address of the congestion source device, and generates a congestion notification packet according to the network address of the congestion source device, where the congestion notification packet includes the network address of the congestion source device. The first network device sends the congestion notification packet to a second network device, so that the second network device sends the congestion notification packet according to the network address of the congestion source device. Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a tracking control method. When a sound source object makes a sound, a control device determines an azimuth θ1 of the sound source object relative to a first microphone array based on detection data of the first microphone array, and determines an azimuth θ2 of the sound source object relative to a second microphone array based on detection data of the second microphone array. The control device determines a location of the sound source object based on the azimuth θ1, the azimuth θ2, a location of the first microphone array, and a location of the second microphone array. The control device controls, based on the location of the sound source object, a camera to shoot the sound source object to obtain a tracking video image. According to this application, a speaker can be accurately recognized, to improve accuracy of automatic tracking.

Abstract: This application provides example uplink transmit power determining methods and example terminal devices. One example method includes receiving, by a terminal device, a broadcast message that is sent by an access network device and that carries first power control information, where the first power control information is used to determine a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) compensation factor. The terminal device can then determine the MCS compensation factor based on the first power control information. The terminal device can then determine a first candidate uplink transmit power based on the MCS compensation factor. The terminal device can then determine a smaller value in the first candidate uplink transmit power and a second candidate uplink transmit power as a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmit power. The terminal device can then send PUSCH information in a random access message based on the PUSCH transmit power.
