Abstract: A timing method for time division duplex communication, an uplink/downlink data scheduling method, a base station, and user equipment are provided. By determining whether grouping needs to be performed on uplink/downlink short transmission time intervals, it is determined, for different grouping requirements, whether addition of indication information to control signaling is required to indicate to user equipment an uplink short transmission time interval sequence number in an uplink short transmission time interval group for uplink data transmission or feedback to downlink data scheduling. Alternatively, addition of indication information to control signaling is not required, and uplink data transmission or feedback to downlink data scheduling is performed in an uplink short transmission time interval determined according to a default rule.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an uplink power control method, includes: determining, by a base station, power control information, where the power control information is used to control a power of a UE; sending, by the base station, hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgment feedback information to X UEs, where the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information carries the power control information of at least one of the X UEs, the X UEs contend for use of a same transmission resource, and X is an integer greater than or equal to 1; receiving, by the UE, acknowledgment feedback information sent by the base station to the X UEs; and parsing the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information; and if it is determined that the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information includes the power control information of the UE, performing power control on the user equipment based on the power control information of the UE.

By opening a memory of the storage device to the network chip, a table resource required by the network chip to maintain each connection in a related technology is offloaded to the memory of the storage device. The network chip is configured to generate a command based on an access request of a client, store the command in a first table in the memory of the storage device, and execute the command in the first table to access the storage device. The storage device is configured to store data accessed by using the command. The present invention enables the network chip to support a larger quantity of connections in limited storage space of the network chip.

Abstract: A sequence-based signal processing method and apparatus are provided. A sequence meeting a requirement for sending a signal by using a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) is determined. The sequence is a sequence {fn} consisting of 12 elements, fn represents an element in the sequence {fn}, and the determined sequence {fn} is a sequence meeting a preset condition. Then, the 12 elements in the sequence {fn} are respectively mapped to 12 subcarriers, to generate a first signal, and the first signal is sent. By using the determined sequence, when the signal is sent by using the PUCCH, a low correlation between sequences can be maintained, and a relatively small peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) value and a relatively small cubic metric (CM) value can be maintained. Therefore, a requirement of a communication application environment in which the signal is sent by using the PUCCH is met.

By using the foregoing determined sequence, weak cross-correlation between sequences can be maintained, and a relatively small PAPR value and a relatively small CM value of the reference signal or the control channel can be maintained, to meet a requirement in a communications application environment in which the signal is sent by using the reference signal or the control channel, particularly when a data signal on which π/2-BPSK modulation is performed is sent or frequency shaping is performed on the reference signal or the control channel.
