This application provides a method and device for generating a subframe, a method for determining a subframe and a user equipment. The method for generating a subframe includes: determining, by a first device, patterns of at least two special subframes used in a broadcast control channel modification period, where guard period GP durations of the at least two special subframes are different; and generating, by the first device, the at least two special subframes. The method enhances flexibility and improves a system resource utilization rate.

Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field, and provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for configuring a search space, to implement that a PDCCH carrying uplink-downlink configuration information can be sent normally, so that user equipment UE can receive uplink-downlink configuration information of a base station in time, thereby ensuring that the UE can complete data transmission according to the uplink-downlink configuration information, and improving user experience. The method includes: configuring, by a base station, a first subframe set, where a subframe in the first subframe set is a downlink subframe or a special subframe; configuring, by the base station, a first common search space CSS in the subframe in the first subframe set; and sending, by the base station to user equipment UE, a physical downlink control channel PDCCH carrying uplink-downlink configuration information, where the PDCCH is a PDCCH in the first CSS.

The present disclosure provides a radio communication method, a user equipment, and a network side device, the radio communication method includes: receiving, by a network side device, a random access preamble signal transmitted by a user equipment, where duration of the random access preamble signal is one SC-FDMA symbol or one OFDM symbol, thus air interface overhead of random access can be greatly reduced in a condition that a user equipment can access a cell randomly. The cell may be a microcell or other similar cells.

The present invention discloses a method and a device for transmitting sounding reference signal in a multi-antenna system, wherein the method includes acquiring antenna grouping information, and grouping antennas according to the antenna grouping information; and transmitting SRS on the respective antennas, wherein different antenna groups transmit the SRS in different frequency bands at a same moment. With the present invention, the interference with a base station of an adjacent cell in a certain frequency band is enabled to be reduced.

This application provides a radar signal processing method and apparatus, which are applicable to the waveform design of a millimeter-wave radar. The radar signal processing method is applicable to an apparatus, for example, a millimeter-wave radar or a chip system inside the millimeter-wave radar, and the method includes: transmitting a first radar signal on a first frequency band; transmitting a second radar signal on a second frequency band; receiving a first reflected signal and a second reflected signal, where the first reflected signal is an electromagnetic wave reflected by a target object in response to the first radar signal, and the second reflected signal is an electromagnetic wave reflected by the target object in response to the second radar signal; and obtaining at least one of range information, velocity information, and angle information of the target object.

A downlink control information (DCI) sending method and an apparatus are provided. A base station determines a first channel resource, where the first channel resource is located in the ith time unit of a subframe in a time domain, the subframe includes NT time units, NT is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and i is a positive integer less than or equal to NT; and the base station sends DCI to a terminal device on the first channel resource. In this solution, the first channel resource that carries the DCI is located in the ith time unit of the subframe in the time domain, where i is a positive integer less than or equal to NT. That is, there is a first channel resource in each time unit of the subframe.

The present disclosure relates to the mobile communications field, and in particular, to a transmission resource determining technology in a wireless communications system. In a data transmission method, a network device determines a transmission resource used for data transmission, and performs data transmission with a terminal device on the determined transmission resource. A time domain resource occupied by the transmission resource in a time domain is one of N types of time domain resources, and a time length of any type of time domain resource in the N types of time domain resources is less than 1 ms. According to this method, a data transmission latency can be effectively reduced, thereby meeting a requirement for a low-latency service.
