Abstract: A method and system for generating a work breakdown structure (WBS) model data. Design model data is received. The design model data is parsed to extract WBS metadata from the design model data. A WBS template corresponding to the design model data is determined. The WBS model data is generated using the determined WBS template and the extracted WBS metadata. The WBS model data includes data entries. Each data entry is associated with a respective work task.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure describe techniques for generating a machine learning model for extracting information from textual content. The method generally includes receiving a training data set including a plurality of documents having related textual strings. A relevancy model is generated from the training data set. The relevancy model is generally configured to generate relevance scores for a plurality of words extracted from the plurality of documents. A knowledge graph model illustrating relationships between the plurality of words extracted from the plurality of documents is generated from the training data set. The relevancy model and the knowledge graph model are aggregated into a complimentary model including a plurality of nodes from the knowledge graph model and weights associated with edges between connected nodes, wherein the weights comprise relevance scores generated from the relevancy model, and the complimentary model is deployed for use in analyzing documents.

Abstract: An apparatus for a personal call center assistant includes a receiver that receives a query from a call center over a communication channel during a communication session between the call center and a user. A security checker that determines whether text from the query matches an entry in a user profile of the user and an inference engine identifies one or more query responses in response to the security checker determining that the text from the query matches an entry in the user profile. Each query response is assigned a confidence level and each confidence level includes a likelihood that the query response matches information requested in the query. An outputter converts a query response with a highest confidence level to an answer to the query and a responder communicates the answer to the query to the call center in a format compatible with the query.

According to embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a method for scheduling a plurality of job slots shared by one or more pre-processors and one or more post-processors in job execution, wherein the data generated by the pre-processor(s) will be fed to the post-processor(s) for processing.
