    Abstract: A UV irradiation device comprises a light source unit including a plurality of light sources irradiating ultraviolet light and a control unit adjusting an amount of ultraviolet light irradiated from the light source unit toward a surface of a liquid crystal cell having at least a partially curved surface. The control unit adjusts the amount of ultraviolet light irradiated from the light source unit toward the surface of the liquid crystal cell so that an illuminance of the ultraviolet light in any first region on the curved surface of the liquid crystal cell is equal to the illuminance of the ultraviolet light in any second region on the surface of the liquid crystal cell including the curved surface that is different from the first region.
