Abstract: A display device includes a first transistor including a first material as a semiconductor material and including a first gate electrode, a second transistor including a second material as a semiconductor material different from the first material and including a second gate electrode arranged in a different layer from the first gate electrode, a first wiring arranged in the same layer as the first gate electrode, a second wiring arranged in the same layer as the second gate electrode, and a third wiring formed in the same layer as a source electrode or a drain electrode of the second transistor and different from the first wiring and the second wiring. The first wiring, the second wiring and the third wiring overlap in a plan view.

Abstract: According to an aspect, a display device with a sensor includes: a substrate including a display region and a peripheral region on a periphery of the display region; detection electrodes arranged in a row-column configuration in the display region; and detection lines coupled to the respective detection electrodes. A shape of the substrate in a plan view includes a curve of a curved portion. The detection electrodes include a first electrode and a second electrode having a shape different from that of the first electrode in a plan view. The second electrode is juxtaposed with the curved portion. The detection lines each include a first line coupled to the first electrode and a second line coupled to the second electrode. The second line passes from the display region across the peripheral region and extends to a position overlapping with the second electrode in a plan view.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display device having an outer shape of a display region formed other than a rectangle. A driver for supplying a video signal is disposed outside the display region. A selector with selector TFT is disposed between the display region and the driver. A video signal line is disposed between the driver and the selector, and a drain line is disposed between the selector and the display region. A scanning circuit for supplying a scanning signal to the scanning line is disposed outside the display region. The selector is disposed between the scanning line and the display region, and covered with ITO as the common electrode. The common bus wiring is disposed outside the selector.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a liquid crystal display device with an optical sensor includes a display panel and a driver IC. The display panel includes first to third signal lines, an optical sensor including a photoelectric conversion element, and a sensor signal line that is connected to the optical sensor and transmits a detection signal to the driver IC. One first wiring line drawn from one terminal of the driver IC is connected to four switching elements. Three of the four switching elements are electrically connected to one of the first to third signal lines, respectively. Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate and a liquid crystal layer. The first substrate includes a base, a sensor and a sensor circuit. The sensor is interposed between the base and the liquid crystal layer in a display area including pixels. The sensor outputs a sensing signal corresponding to light incident from alongside the liquid crystal layer. The sensor circuit includes a plurality of switching elements. The pixels include first to third sub-pixels. At least some of elements of the switching elements are arranged in each of areas where the first to third sub-pixels are arranged. A signal line for the sensor, which outputs the sensing signal, is placed on a same layer as a feeding line connected to the sensor.
