Disclosed is a method for forming a polycrystalline silicon film of a polycrystalline silicon thin film transistor. The method includes a step of crystallizing an amorphous silicon film deposited on a glass substrate by irradiating a laser beam onto the amorphous silicon film using a mask pattern. The glass substrate is horizontally moved by a predetermined distance unit corresponding to a translation distance of the mask pattern when the laser beam is irradiated onto the amorphous silicon film through a mask having the mask pattern, thereby growing grains in a circular shape.

Discloses is a DC type plasma display panel for back light of liquid crystal display device. The disclosed DC type plasma display for back light comprises a rear substrate functioning as a cathode electrode; an anode electrode plate arranged over the rear substrate with a predetermined distance and having a plurality of holes therein; a seal frame sealing the rear substrate and the anode electrode plate by inserting between the rear substrate and the anode electrode plate; a front substrate arranged over the anode electrode plate with a predetermined distance and having a fluorescent layer formed on the down side thereof; a plurality of spacers interposed between the anode electrode plate and the front substrate; a seal paste sealing the edges of the anode electrode plate and the front substrate; and a discharge gas filled in the space between the rear substrate and the front substrate.

A method and a system for providing a Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) service, in which when multiple counterpart devices are selected based on manufacturer information and support information on supported functions and capability defined in a service information field of each beacon message or each probe response message, a final device is determined by checking multiple pieces of signal information of the selected counterpart devices, are provided. The method includes receiving messages from multiple counterpart devices, selecting one or more counterpart devices, each of which supports a requested service, from an identical manufacturer when the messages are received, checking multiple pieces of signal information of the selected counterpart devices when the number of the selected counterpart devices is greater than one, and determining a device having the signal information satisfying set conditions as a final device.

An image forming apparatus includes a photosensitive body on which a visible image is developed by developer, an intermediate transfer belt to which developer of the photosensitive body is transferred, and a first transfer roller to transfer the developer from the photosensitive body to the intermediate transfer belt, wherein since a developing unit housing at which the photosensitive body is mounted is provided with position regulating guides to support a shaft of the first transfer roller, the intermediate transfer belt comes into contact with the photosensitive body at a uniform angle. As a result, uniform print quality may be obtained.

An output circuit of a semiconductor apparatus having two different types of decoupling capacitors is presented. The output circuit includes a first pad, a second pad, a main output unit and a decoupling capacitor region. The first and second pads are configured to respectively provide a power supply voltage and a ground voltage. The main output unit is coupled to the first and second pads. One end of the decoupling capacitor region is coupled to the first pad and the other end is coupled to the second pad. The decoupling capacitor region includes a first decoupling capacitor region spaced apart from a portion of the main output unit by a first distance, and a second decoupling capacitor region spaced apart from the main output unit by a second distance which is greater than the first distance.

When a defective pixel causing light leakage is detected in a flat display panel, an optical modulation region is formed in a substrate by emitting a laser beam such that a virtual image is displayed at a position corresponding to the defective pixel. Disclosed herein is a method of manufacturing a metallic bipolar plate for fuel cells, which can maintain good corrosion resistance and contact resistance without any side effect not only initially but also after a predetermined period of time even in an environment of severe vibration as in vehicles while allowing a continuous process to provide high productivity. The method includes (a) preparing a metal plate as a matrix of the metallic bipolar plate; (b) pickling a surface of the metal plate; (c) coating a composition comprising a binder resin, carbon particles, and a solvent on the pickled surface of the metal plate; and (d) drying the surface of the metal plate, on which the composition is coated, at a temperature less than a thermal decomposition temperature of the binder resin and greater than or equal to a boiling point of the solvent to form a coating layer on the surface of the metal plate, the coating layer having the carbon particles dispersed in a matrix of the binder resin, wherein these processes are performed as a continuous process.

A multi-panel display device and a method of driving the same, which can simplify a driving circuit for driving multiple flat panel display devices, thereby decreasing the fabrication cost and reducing noise., are disclosed. In the multi-panel display device configured of an alignment of multiple flat panel display devices for representing a single image, the multi-panel display device includes at least one image display unit configured of the multiple flat panel display devices aligned in an n×m formation (wherein m and n are integers being equal to or different from one another, and wherein m≦0 and n≦0), and at least one data converter being configured to correspond to each image display unit, dividing externally inputted video data in accordance with offset information inputted by a user, and converting the size of the divided video data, thereby providing the converted divided video data to each flat panel display device.
