The DPDTE signal generating section detects the misalignment on the basis of phase information obtained from signals received from predetermined light receiving areas. The optical crosstalk correcting section performs a correcting operation of removing a signal component from predetermined receiving areas of a detector which component is used for a DPDTE signal, the signal component being contained in the signals from the predetermined light receiving areas of the detector which signals are used by the FE signal generating section.

    摘要: An optical disc controller of the present invention servo-controls an optical disc device which comprises a disc motor rotating an optical disc and an optical head emitting a light beam for recording data on the optical disc and/or reproducing data from the optical disc. The variable clock output section changes a frequency of the clock signal according to a recording speed and/or a reproducing speed when the optical disc device performs recording and/or reproduction, and the control section performs an operation to be performed in synchronization with the clock signal of the variable clock output section.
