    Abstract: A device management apparatus includes a communication processing circuit and a service support processing circuit. The communication processing circuit receives device state information transmitted from a first operator. The device state information indicates device state information of the electronic device. The first operator performs solution work to a failure of the electronic device. The service support processing circuit determines a category into which the device state information is classified from the received device state information. The service support processing unit searches a database for a second operator or a candidate for the second operator. The second operator has solved a failure belonging to the determined category.     Abstract: A glossary management device includes a read circuit, a storage circuit, an acquisition circuit, an analysis circuit, a term matching circuit, and a registration circuit. The storage circuit has a storage area for a glossary. The acquisition circuit acquires text data of a document if reading of the document is executed by a user. The analysis circuit performs analysis of the text data acquired by the acquisition circuit to identify a language of the document and parts of speech of text segments in the text data and extracts one or more text segments from the document based on the analysis. The term matching circuit performs matching for each of the extracted text segments against a public dictionary. The registration circuit adds to the glossary, each extracted text segment that does not match any entry term in the public dictionary.

    Abstract: An agent unit acquires apparatus status information that indicates a status of the electronic apparatus from an electronic apparatus. A remote maintenance server transmits an acquisition instruction of the apparatus status information to the agent unit and receives the apparatus status information from the agent unit if acquisition of the apparatus status information succeeded.
