    Abstract: Provided is a document managing apparatus that can eliminate the complexity of operation related to designation of confidential information, and yet reliably prevents leakage of confidential information. First, a receiving circuit receives target files from a client terminal. Therefore, a file managing circuit manages, of the received target files, a file that is designated as confidential, having been subjected to output restriction, as a confidential designated file. In addition, the file managing circuit manages a file that is not designated as confidential, as a user file. In addition, the file analyzing circuit compares the user file with the confidential designated file. If the content of the user file is similar to the content of the confidential designated file at a rate equal to or higher than a certain value (for example, 80%), the file analyzing circuit applies output restriction to the user file.

    Abstract: A software-developing structured-data-file creating apparatus of the present disclosure includes a storage unit configured to store a specification list comprising specific values associated with a plurality of individual items indicative of specifications of a device and a location-path list comprising location paths associated with individual portions of the plurality of individual items. The software-developing structured-data-file creating apparatus also includes an input unit, configured to associate common portions of the location paths. The software-developing structured-data-file creating apparatus additionally includes a structured-data-file creating unit configured to create a data file comprising the common portions of the location paths in the location-path. The corresponding values in the specification list are added to the individual location paths.

    Abstract: A read image capturing system includes a reading device, a read image capturing circuit, and a signature managing circuit. The reading device reads an image from an original document. The read image capturing circuit captures the read image read by the reading device. The signature managing circuit manages a signature image for causing the read image capturing circuit to capture the read image as a signature capturing image for each user. The user management unit permits a user to access a belonging group of the user and a sub group of the belonging group based on group structure information.
