    Abstract: A method and apparatus for supporting a flexible carrier aggregation in a new radio access technology (RAT) system is provided. A user equipment (UE) reports UE capability for supporting a flexible carrier aggregation in a single cell to a network, receives a configuration of the flexible carrier aggregation from the network, and communicates with the network via multiple physical carriers configured by the flexible carrier aggregation. The multiple physical carriers may be mapped to the single cell by the flexible carrier aggregation. Or, one physical carrier may be mapped to multiple cells by the flexible carrier aggregation.

    Abstract: A method and a device for transmitting an uplink transmission block in a wireless communication system are provided. Particularly, a terminal receives, from a base station, allocation information on a first grant-free uplink resource, which is scheduled semi-persistently. The terminal repeatedly transmits a first transmission block through the first grant-free uplink resource by using a first reference signal. The terminal transmits a second transmission block by using a second reference signal before completion of the transmission of the first transmission block. The second transmission block is distinguished from the first transmission block through a change of the first reference signal to the second reference signal.

    Abstract: A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for transmitting an uplink control channel by a user equipment (UE). The method may comprise the steps of: determining first uplink control information and second uplink control information different from the first uplink control information; determining the size of a first transmission time interval (TTI) for transmitting a first uplink control channel, on the basis of the size of the first uplink control information; determining the size of a second TTI for transmitting a second uplink control channel, on the basis of the size of the second uplink control information; transmitting the first uplink control channel including the first uplink control information according to the size of the first TTI; and transmitting the second uplink control channel including the second uplink control information according to the size of the second TTI.

    Abstract: A method of receiving Downlink (DL) data by a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. The method includes: receiving information related to a number of repetitions of the DL data which is repeatedly transmitted in (i) at least one first Transmission Time Interval (TTI) included in a first subframe, and in (ii) at least one second TTI included in a second subframe that is after the first subframe; and receiving the DL data based on the number of repetitions of the DL data. If a Transmission Mode (TM) for the first subframe is different from a TM for the second subframe, then the UE does not receive the DL data in the at least one second TTI.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for mapping a reference signal (RS) sequence to a physical resource in a wireless communication system. Specifically, the method performed by a terminal comprises the steps of: receiving, from a network, length information indicating a length of the RS sequence and offset information indicating a start position of the RS sequence mapped to the physical resource allocated to the terminal; generating the RS sequence on the basis of the received length information; and mapping the generated RS sequence to the physical resource on the basis of the offset information.
