Abstract: A method and apparatus for supporting a flexible carrier aggregation in a new radio access technology (RAT) system is provided. A user equipment (UE) reports UE capability for supporting a flexible carrier aggregation in a single cell to a network, receives a configuration of the flexible carrier aggregation from the network, and communicates with the network via multiple physical carriers configured by the flexible carrier aggregation. The multiple physical carriers may be mapped to the single cell by the flexible carrier aggregation. Or, one physical carrier may be mapped to multiple cells by the flexible carrier aggregation.

Abstract: A method and a device for transmitting an uplink transmission block in a wireless communication system are provided. Particularly, a terminal receives, from a base station, allocation information on a first grant-free uplink resource, which is scheduled semi-persistently. The terminal repeatedly transmits a first transmission block through the first grant-free uplink resource by using a first reference signal. The terminal transmits a second transmission block by using a second reference signal before completion of the transmission of the first transmission block. The second transmission block is distinguished from the first transmission block through a change of the first reference signal to the second reference signal.

Abstract: A method of receiving Downlink (DL) data by a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. The method includes: receiving information related to a number of repetitions of the DL data which is repeatedly transmitted in (i) at least one first Transmission Time Interval (TTI) included in a first subframe, and in (ii) at least one second TTI included in a second subframe that is after the first subframe; and receiving the DL data based on the number of repetitions of the DL data. If a Transmission Mode (TM) for the first subframe is different from a TM for the second subframe, then the UE does not receive the DL data in the at least one second TTI.

Abstract: Provided are a method for managing a beam performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system and a device using the method. According to the method, the terminal performs a power saving operation on a first cell and receives a PDCCH through a second cell, wherein the PDCCH requests to measure a reference signal transmitted aperiodically in the first cell. The reference signal is received at a particular time for a DRX cycle related to the power saving operation. The terminal generates beam related information to be used in the first cell by measuring the reference signal in the first cell.
