摘要: A circuit protection device includes a substrate with first and second electrodes connected to the circuit to be protected. The circuit protection device also includes a heater element between the first and second electrodes. A sliding contact is connected by a sensing element to the first electrode, second electrode, and heater element, thereby bridging and providing a conductive path between each. A spring element is held in tension by, and exerts a force parallel to a length of the substrate against, the sliding contact. A flux material is provided around the sensing element. Upon detection of an activation condition, the sensing element releases the sliding contact and the force exerted by the spring element moves the sliding contact to another location on the substrate at which the sliding contact no longer provides a conductive path between the first electrode, second electrode, and heater element. The flux allows the sliding contact to move without dragging the sensing material.

摘要: A reflowable thermal fuse includes a conduction element with first and second ends, disposed within a housing. The reflowable thermal fuse also includes an elastic element disposed within the housing and adapted to apply force on the conduction element in an activated state of the reflowable thermal fuse. A restraining element is utilized to secure the elastic element and prevent the elastic element from applying force on the conduction element in an installation state of the reflowable thermal fuse. Application of an activating current through the restraining element causes the restraining element to break and thereby release the elastic element and place the reflowable thermal fuse in the activated state.

摘要: A circuit protection device includes a substrate with first and second electrodes connected to the circuit to be protected. The circuit protection device also includes a heater element. A sensing element facilitates an electrical connection between the first and second electrodes. A flux material is provided around the sensing element. In a preferred embodiment, the flux contains a first component that is a polar material and a second component that is a non-polar material. A spring element exerts a force on the sensing element. The sensing element resists the force applied by the spring element. Upon detection of an activation, or fault, condition, the sensing element loses resilience and no longer resists the force exerted by the spring element, resulting in the spring element severing the electrical connection between the first and second electrodes. The flux allows the spring element to sever the electrical connection without dragging the sensing element.

摘要: A controller circuit for activating and deactivating an electrical power converter that provides power to a device includes power input terminals on a primary side, and power output terminals on a secondary side, which are configured to provide power to the device. The controller circuit includes a detection circuit configured to determine whether the device is connected and, if connected, causes power to be routed to the electrical power converter to activate the electrical power converter. When the device is not detected, the electrical power converter is deactivated until the device is reconnected.

摘要: This invention is for a kind of the security pulse generator and methods, which are applied in the fuel dispensers. Said fuel dispenser comprises a flow measuring transducer and a control main board on which there is a measuring microprocessor on the control main board. Said security pulse generator includes: a pulse signal generating component, which generates the corresponding pulse signal according to the rotation of the flow measuring transducer; An encoding microprocessor, which receives and transduces said pulse signal, transmit it to said control main board, and in the meanwhile it encodes said output pulse signal. A measuring microprocessor, which receives and decodes output pulse number encoded data from said encoding microprocessor and transforms it to the output pulse number after decoded it, then to compare it to the pulse number of the control main board to determine if there is suspecting frauds in the fueling process.

摘要: A catalyst component for olefin polymerization which contains magnesium, titanium, halogen and electron donors is provided in the present invention. The electron donors are selected from at least one succinate compounds of following general formula (I), and the content of said succinate compounds with the structure as shown in Formula (II) in said succinate compounds (I) is less than 100%, but not less than 51.0 wt %. Compared with the mesomer whose content with the structure as shown in Formula (II) is 100%, the catalyst component provided by the present invention not only greatly decreases the manufacturing cost, but also improves certain properties of the catalyst, for example the molecular weight distribution of polymer obtained by catalytic reaction using said catalyst is wider, which is beneficial for improving processing properties of polymers. The corresponding catalyst is also provided.
