摘要: An image information output apparatus has a position specifying section for generating a cursor line signal intended to cause two vertical cursor lines to be displayed superposed upon a picture image corresponding to an image signal of an ITV camera, and an integrator for integrating image signal components corresponding to a region between the cursor lines. The integration output signal of the integrator is converted into a measured line picture image signal, which is displayed on a monitor television device together with the picked-up image.

摘要: In an information presenting apparatus, information associated with each of one or more motion images stored in a storage apparatus is displayed at a location corresponding to a file production time in the form of a calendar view. A plurality of frames of representative images are extracted from each motion image in accordance with a specified frame extraction method. Thumbnail images of the respective extracted representative images are produced, and each thumbnail image is related to a playback position in the motion image. The resultant thumbnail images are managed as a set of motion image thumbnail images in accordance with a production time of the motion image. Information associated with each motion image is displayed at a location corresponding to the production time of the motion image in the form of the calendar view. Thumbnail images associated with each motion image are displayed in an expanded form in the order of time.

摘要: In a battery exchange system for facilitating exchange at appropriate intervals of a chargeable battery with another fully charged chargeable battery for charging, a user device having characteristic identification information reads a serial number from a battery when the battery is installed and transmits to a control device correspondence information in which the identification information and the serial number have been placed in correspondence with each other. A charging device reads the serial number from a battery when charging of the battery has been completed and transmits the serial number to the control device. The control device calculates a scheduled charging time of the battery having the serial number that has been transmitted from the charging device based on the time of reception of the correspondence information that was transmitted from user device and, before the calculated scheduled charging time, carries out notification prompting battery exchange.

摘要: A recovery virtual machine acquires execution frequency information from a file, and converts a procedure, of which execution frequency is high in the execution frequency information acquired, to native code, and the time for starting the conversion is thereby reduced. Furthermore, by performing conversion at a timing at which a target procedure is invoked, load occurring due to the conversion is distributed, to prevent occurrence of failure in execution of an application caused by the load occurring due to the conversion.

摘要: An apparatus and a method for processing information, and a program and a program storage medium are disclosed. A content processing routine 152-1 controls the display of a thumbnail and determines whether or not a predetermined time has passed with the thumbnail selected. If the predetermined time is found passed with the thumbnail selected, the content processing routine 152-1 controls the display of the information associated with the thumbnail to a predetermined position corresponding to the display position of the thumbnail.

摘要: Disclosed is an information processing apparatus which ends application programs when a recording medium is pulled out. In step S1, it is determined whether or not a Memory Stick is loaded in a Memory Stick slot. If a Memory Stick is found loaded, the procedure goes to step S2. In step S2, a display program and a reading program are started. In step S3, it is determined whether or not the loaded Memory Stick is being accessed. If the loaded Memory Stick is found being accessed, then, in step S4, the Memory Stick is locked. In step S6, if the Memory Stick is found pulled out, then, in step S7, the display program and the reading program are ended.

摘要: The invention provides a center lock device for automobile wheels wherein a center shaft portion integrally projects forwardly from the conical barrel of an adapter in the form of a top type or cylinder hat type, and a center nut is threadedly engaged with a male thread cut in the center shaft portion whereby a wheel disk is removably exchangeably fixed to the hub of an axle. The center lock device being characterized in that in order to attain durability strength, safety and steal prevention in the wheel attached state, the center shaft portion is centrally formed with a female thread for receiving a keep bolt such that the spiral pitch and spiral direction of the female thread differ from those of the female thread, and a keep bolt having a head larger in diameter than the center shaft portion is threadedly engaged with the female thread from the front, so that the center nut is locked against loosening by the large-diametered head of the keep bolt.
