摘要: In one embodiment, a high impact resistance display module 300 may avoid damage better than a standard display module 200. An interactive touch screen may create a mounting surface on a display chassis 312 that is level with a liquid crystal display panel 302 using an adjustable adapter plate 330. An interactive touch screen may attach an optically clear protective plate 334 to the liquid crystal display panel 302. An interactive touch screen may attach an optically clear protective plate 334 to the mounting surface.

摘要: Application developers can request to have their applications registered for use with a content delivery platform. The operator of the content delivery platform establishes perimeters defining geographic areas, and maintains records reserving particular areas for delivery of content associated with particular sponsors. Registered applications running on mobile devices can request content from the content delivery platform. Based at least in part on the request, the content delivery platform can identify a target location, which may be the location of the mobile device, or some other location indicated in the request. A mobile device can be provided content based on the relationship of the target location to the geographic areas, so that a registered application running on a mobile device with a target location contained within a geographic area assigned to a particular sponsor will receive content related to that sponsor.

摘要: A method assigns token requirements to service subscriptions in a service platform, such as a service platform containing entities, such as end-users, contacts, sponsors, membership associations or databases, or a database associating, referencing, or containing a plurality of said entities or databases. The operator of the service platform establishes customization factors and maintains records reserving particular data services associated with token requirements for delivery to entities. In addition, customization factors are determined, at least in part, from values representing the relative quantity of, or representing values or information associated with, objects in a database or data set or the like. Token requirements associated with data services or service subscriptions or contracts are calculated from one or more formulas utilizing customization factors. Sponsorships associated with the entities can be accepted by the service platform. Based at least in part on the acceptance, the service platform can apply one or more credits toward the fulfillment of token requirements. An entity can be provided a data service or a service subscription or contract based on a relationship with a sponsorship such that an entity assigned a subscription or assigned to an interest in a subscription having a token requirement fulfilled, in whole or in part, as a result of applying credit from a sponsorship will receive services related to the subscription. The method is particularly useful in enhancing the accessibility of services and/or service features for entities in a network, such as membership associations or social networks, who can benefit, or whose end-users can benefit, with an application of tokens related to those services and/or service features.

摘要: Embodiments related to dual mode rotatable input devices that permit both resistive and non-resistive rotation are disclosed. One embodiment comprises a stationary hub, a rotatable member rotatable around the stationary hub, and a resistive rotation mechanism forming an interface between the stationary hub and the rotatable member. The resistive rotation mechanism comprises a resistive surface and a movable interface member configured to selectively contact the resistive surface, wherein the resistive surface and the movable interface member move relative to one another with rotation of the rotatable member. The resistive mechanism further comprises a biasing mechanism that urges the movable interface member into engagement with the resistive surface when a rotational velocity of the rotatable member is below a threshold velocity, and allows separation of the interface member and the resistive surface when the rotational velocity of the rotatable member is above the threshold velocity.

摘要: A method for removal of excess process water from a fuel cell system comprises: collecting excess process water in a container; applying vibrations, e.g. ultrasonic vibrations, to at least a portion of the water to create a mist of water; and removing the mist of water from the container and expelling the mist into the ambient atmosphere. The mist may be directed to a radiator to promote evaporation. A corresponding system for removal of excess process water from a fuel cell system comprises is also provided.
