摘要: In accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure, an oscillator may include a crystal resonator and a squaring circuit coupled to the crystal resonator and configured to convert a sinusoidal signal produced by the crystal resonator to a square-wave signal, the squaring circuit comprising a bias circuit configured to transmit a selected bias voltage for the squaring circuit, the selected bias voltage selected from a plurality of potential bias voltages. In accordance with this and other embodiments of the present disclosure, an oscillator may include a crystal resonator, an inverter coupled in parallel with the crystal resonator, and a programmable voltage regulator coupled to the inverter. The programmable voltage regulator may be configured to supply a first supply voltage to the inverter during a startup duration of the oscillator, and supply a second supply voltage to the inverter after the startup duration, wherein the second supply voltage is lesser than the first supply voltage.

摘要: A pallet system for loading and supporting cargo is provided. The pallet system includes a cargo pallet having an upper surface, a lower surface along with a pair of oppositely disposed longitudinal sides having forklift slots generally formed between the upper and lower surfaces, and a pair of oppositely disposed ends generally interconnecting said upper surface and said lower surface. A plurality of drop-down rails is configured to convert the lower surface from a flat bottom to a non-planar bottom. A plurality of extendable rails is used to extend a width of the cargo pallet. A locking mechanism enables the cargo pallet to be coupled to another cargo pallet. A collapsible bale arm assembly can be removed from the cargo pallet when the cargo pallet is stored.

摘要: An apparatus for transporting and handling a cargo platform is provided. The apparatus includes a frame having a cradle beam that receives the cargo platform. The cradle beam supports a lower surface of the cargo platform. The apparatus further includes a locking mechanism operably associated with the cradle beam and actuates to securely fasten the cargo platform to the frame when the cargo platform is rested upon the cradle beam. The apparatus also includes a plurality of wheel assemblies for wheeling the frame along a ground surface.

摘要: A drive system for an imaging device having a curved arm. The drive system includes a carrier that engages the curved arm such that the arm can be moved along the carrier. The drive system includes a belt extending through the carrier and a motor, a drive shaft rotatably driven by the motor, and a drive pulley coupleable to the drive shaft through a clutch mechanism. The pulley engages the belt to move the curved arm relative to the carrier. The clutch mechanism is movable between an engaged position, at which the drive shaft is coupled to the drive pulley such that the motor moves the drive pulley, and a disengaged position, at which the drive shaft is uncoupled from the drive pulley so that the curved arm can be manually moved relative to the carrier. A clutch release mechanism moves the clutch between its engaged and disengaged positions.

摘要: The safety device for a needle includes a sheath reception opening provided in a cap retainer member or provided in a hand shield portion of the device. The cap retainer member in one embodiment is joined to the hand shield section and in another embodiment is secured to a pair of legs joined at right angles. In another embodiment the cap retainer member is used by itself with an adhesive provided on a base surface thereof. A manually engageable gripping portion is provided at the base surface of the hand shield portion in another embodiment, with a handle extending from the gripping portion beyond the periphery of the hand shield portion. In a further embodiment the handle extends from the hand shield portion. In another embodiment a plurality of cap retainer members are joined to the hand shield portion. In still another embodiment a sheath holding opening is provided in the handle portion. Some embodiments of the safety device can be hand-held and used on a support surface. Other embodiments can be used only on a support surface. All embodiments permit the hand which normally holds the protective sheath of a syringe to be isolated from a zone of high risk. Embodiments of the device that are secured to a support surface can be operated with one hand. Use of the handle to stablize the device on a support surface further isolates the hand from the zone of high risk.
