    摘要: A moving object detection method with which a region of a moving object is accurately extracted without being affected by a change in shape or size or occlusion of the moving object and in which a distance indicating a similarity between trajectories of an image in each of the blocks included in video is calculated (S203) and a group of similar trajectories is identified as one region based on the distance (S209). Step S209 includes, for each of the thresholds, (1) non-linearization of the distance, (2) calculating a geodetic distance between plural trajectories from the distance after non-linearization (S204), (3) specifying, as region candidates, a group of trajectories which are distant from each other by the geodetic distance of a finite value, from among the trajectories (S205), calculating an interregional geodetic distance that is a scale indicating the similarity between the region candidates (S206), and selecting, from the region candidates, a region candidate having the interregional geodetic distance that satisfies a predetermined condition, as a result of segmentation (S207).

    摘要: The present invention provides a human detection device which detects a human contained in a moving picture, and includes the following: a spatiotemporal volume generation unit which generates a three-dimensional spatiotemporal image in which frame images that make up the moving picture in which a human has been filmed are arranged along a temporal axis; a spatiotemporal fragment extraction unit which extracts a real image spatiotemporal fragment, which is an image appearing in a cut plane or cut fragment when the three-dimensional spatiotemporal image is cut, from the generated three-dimensional spatiotemporal image; a human body region movement model spatiotemporal fragment output unit which generates and outputs, based on a human movement model which defines a characteristic of the movement of a human, a human body region movement spatiotemporal fragment, which is a spatiotemporal fragment obtained from a movement by the human movement model; a spatiotemporal fragment verification unit which verifies between a real image spatiotemporal fragment and a human body region movement model spatiotemporal fragment; and an attribute output unit which outputs a human attribute which includes the presence/absence of a human in the moving picture, based on that verification result.

    摘要: An electrophotographic photoreceptor of the present invention comprises a conductive support and a photosensitive layer. The photosensitive layer on the farthest side from the conductive support, includes a phenol derivative-containing layer which contains a phenol derivative having a methylol group and a charge transport material having at least one selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group, an alkoxysilyl group, an epoxy group, a thiol group and an amino group. An infrared absorption spectrum of the phenol derivative-containing layer satisfies the conditions represented by the following formula (1): (P2/P1)≦0.2  (1) P1 is an absorbance of a maximum absorption peak in a range of 1560 cm−1 to 1640 cm−1, and P2 is an absorbance of a maximum absorption peak in a range of 1645 cm−1 to 1700 cm−1.
