    摘要： An NFC device according to the present invention includes the following units. An antenna unit receives radio waves from a reader/writer by NFC. A first power source unit generates power from the radio waves. A second power source unit is a drive power source. A power-supply state holding unit holds information indicating a power-supply state of the second power source unit. An NFC unit performs NFC via the antenna unit to transmit the information indicating the power-supply state of the second power source unit. A power source switch unit switches the second power source unit to the first power source unit according to the power-supply state of the second power source unit, in order to supply power to activate at least the NFC unit and the power-supply state holding unit.

A reserved information receiver (230) in a program recommendation server (3) receives reserved information transmitted by a program viewing terminal. A reserved information DB (235) stores the reserved information with respect to each of the users. A community reserved information statistics section (236) defines the users as a first group, based on the received reserved information, and the reserved information stored with respect to each of the users. A total user reserved information statistics section (237) defines the users as a second group including the first group. A recommended program creator (239) generates recommended information customized to the first group, based on an aggregate calculation result of the reserved information of the users belonging to the first group, and an aggregate calculation result of the reserved information of the users belonging to the second group. A recommendation transmitter (240) transmits the recommended information to the program viewing terminal. The program viewing terminal reproduces a program based on the recommended information.

The communication device includes the following units. An apparatus information obtainment unit (203) obtains apparatus information from an apparatus. A position information obtainment unit (206) obtains position information of the communication device (102). An operation information obtainment unit (212) obtains operation information based on the apparatus information. A storage unit (213) stores the position information as apparatus position information indicating as a position of the apparatus, in association with the operation information. A direction sensor unit (207) detects direction of the communication device (102). A directional space calculation unit (208) calculates a directional space of the communication device (102). A selection unit (209a) specifies the apparatus existing in the directional space based on the apparatus position information and selects the operation information associated with the specified apparatus. An operation information transmission unit (215) transmits, based on the selected operation information, a control signal to the specified apparatus so as to allow the communication device to operate the apparatus.

    摘要： An information recording medium for recording main information and auxiliary information is provided. The auxiliary information is recorded on the information recording medium in a manner that edge positions of the pits or the recording marks indicating the main information are shifted either in a phase advancing direction or in a phase delaying direction along the track direction. A predetermined frequency is used to determine whether the edge position is shifted in the phase advancing direction or in the phase delaying direction in order to record the auxiliary information. The predetermined frequency is substantially consistently lower than ½ of a reference frequency of a recording clock for creating the pits or the recording marks and is higher than a response frequency of a PLL for generating a reproduction clock for reproducing the main information.

The first reception unit further receives a second state change notification indicating that the electrical appliance has been changed to a second state from the electrical apparatus. The transmission unit calculates a correlation value for each of information terminals and transmits the state notification to an information terminal having a calculated correlation value higher than a threshold value, the correlation value indicating a degree of likelihood that the owner of the information terminal has performed an operation corresponding to the second operating state.
