    摘要: An improved investment casting process for producing dental restorations, particularly a dental crown, comprising the steps of fixing a wax pattern onto a truncated cone in a metallic ring having a lining of a cushioning material, pouring an investment material into the space around the wax pattern in the metallic ring, drying the resultant product, melting out the invested wax pattern, curing the resultant product at a temperature of 700.degree. to 950.degree. C for 20 to 150 minutes to give a mold, fixing the mold thus obtained to a centrifugal casting machine and casting a molten chromium-cobalt and/or nickel alloy in the mold maintained at a temperature of 100.degree. to 500.degree. C.

A titanium molded body production step molds a titanium molded body composition to obtain a titanium molded body having one of male and female thread portions. A ceramic molded body production step molds a ceramic molded body composition to obtain a ceramic molded body having the other thread portion which makes thread coupling with the one thread portion. An assembling step assembles the titanium molded body and the ceramic molded body together so that the one thread portion makes thread coupling with the other thread portion, to obtain an assembled body. A degreasing step degreases the assembled body. A sintering step sinters the degreased assembled body.

    摘要: A cementing object comprises a cementing component having a cementing surface, powder particles fixedly attached to the cementing surface, and a resin coat coating a surface of each particle on the cementing surface. By sandblasting, the powder particles are fixedly attached to the cementing component with the powder particles partially embedded into the cementing surface. The cementing object is bonded to a mating cementing object via a resin-based cement. The resin and the resin-based cement form a chemical bond to achieve a strong bonding strength between the cementing object and the mating cementing object.

    摘要: Machining portions such as a cutter portion, a slider inserting portion and an upper stopper attaching portion are provided around the vertical axis of a fixed table portion in order of machining. A fastener chain cut to have a predetermined length is held by the fixed table portion and a gripper of a rotator provided around the same vertical axis. The fastener chain is rotated and transferred to each of the machining portions based on the intermittent rotation and control of the rotator in the holding state in the gripper. Every time a predetermined machining is completed in each of the machining portions for the fastener chain rotated and transferred intermittently, it is possible to rotate and transfer the fastener chain simultaneously and intermittently to the next machining portion, thereby carrying out the necessary machining continuously.

    摘要: An artificial dental implant includes an implanting part which is to be implanted in bone tissue and a crown-fixing part to which a crown is to be fixed, which are manufactured using a metal powder injection molding method. At least a part of a portion of said implanting part which defines an outer surface thereof is formed with a metal material which contains Ti as a base material and 0.01 to 3 wt % of M (where M is at least one selected from the group comprising Ca, P and Si). Further, the implanting part preferably has a coating layer which covers the outer surface thereof, in which the M content (where M is at least one selected from the group comprising Ca, P and Si) in this coating layer is preferably greater than the M content in the at least a part of the portion of the implanting part. The implanting part and crown-fixing part may be formed into an integral body, or formed into separate bodies such that they are engaged with each other when used. The artificial dental implant having the structure described above is easy to manufacture and has good bio-affinity and high strength.

    摘要: An apparatus for continuously inspecting the attached states of successive bottom stop boxes attached to separable slide fasteners, which has a pair of tape grip members movable forwardly and backwardly along a travelling path of a fastener tape to which the individual bottom stop box is attached. The tape grip members are situtated upwardly and downwardly of the fastener tape travelling path in confronting relationship, each of which being pivotally movable about the horizontal axis extending through its central portion. The tape grip members have their upstream ends urged toward each other, and an air cylinder for forcedly turning their downstream ends toward and away from each other. The apparatus has a moving body situated on one side of the grip members for moving forwardly and backwardly together with the grip members, a contact member situated in a fixed position in a path of movement of the moving body and normally urged toward the moving body by a predetermined resilience, and a sensor for detecting an amount of movement of the grip members when the moving body is moved to a predetermined length against the predetermined resilience in contact with the contact member.
