    摘要: A dental appliance comprising a veneer, bridge, or crown with an integrated brace together formed as a single piece of material. The braces, crowns, veneers, and bridges may be printed with 3-dimesional (3D) software and SLA milling. Embodiments of the present invention provide the printed veneer, crown or bridge with an orthodontic portion (“brace” or “bracket”) that is all one piece. This can be used to move teeth orthodontically and provide a degree of esthetics. The appliance may include identification marks, which may guide placement of the appliance in a patient's mouth. The brace and identification marks can be removed, leaving the veneer, crown, or bridge behind.

    摘要: Provided is a method for producing a temporary prosthesis that can be easily performed at a dental clinic and that at the same time enables fabrication of a temporary prosthesis that is less susceptible to wear and damage. The present invention is achieved by fabricating an occlusal surface with a dental composite resin that has higher strength compared to a conventional room temperature polymerization resin. The method includes fabricating a prosthesis model, using an impression material to take an impression of a prepared tooth model having the prosthesis model mounted thereon, applying a layer of dental composite resin material to a portion that is to become a crown within the impression that has been removed from the prepared tooth model and polymerizing the composite resin material, putting a powder-liquid mixture of a powder-liquid type room temperature polymerization resin into the impression, refitting the prepared tooth model to the impression, and curing the room temperature polymerization resin.

    摘要: A process for making a dental restoration includes forming a dental restoration base, selecting a decal representing a natural oral cavity characteristic, and attaching the selected decal to the base. Thereafter, the decal and the dental restoration base are conditioned to create a finished dental restoration having desired oral cavity color and characteristics such as teeth, enamel, dentin, crazing lines, stains, veins, blood vessels, bony coloration, hyper-calcification, mucosal tissue or gum tissue. In an alternative embodiment, the process may include placing a sealant over the decal and at least a portion of the dental restoration base. Additionally, a secondary decal may be attached over the sealant, followed by glazing the secondary decal.
