    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a terminal and a base station. The terminal includes: a control unit, configured to determine at least one group of transform domain vectors, the at least one group of transform domain vectors being used for determining a precoding matrix for a subcarrier level, and a sending unit, configured to send precoding matrix indication information to a base station, the precoding matrix indication information including first information, the first information being used for indicating at least one group of transform domain vectors. The base station includes a receiving unit, configured to receive precoding matrix indication information from a terminal, the precoding matrix indication information at least including first information, the first information being used for indicating at least one group of transform domain vectors, and a control unit, configured to determine a precoding matrix according to the precoding matrix indication information.
