摘要: A belt meandering preventing device 1 for a running test device 2 is provided with a first control means 14, a second control means 15, and a third control means. The first control means 14 detects the position of a belt 6 and controls a drum rocking means 8 so that the difference between the detected position of the belt 6 and a predetermined target position is zero. The second control means 14 detects the amount of rocking of a driven drum 5 rocked by the drum rocking means 8 and controls the drum rocking means 8 so that the detected amount of rocking of the driven drum 5 is a target amount of rocking.

摘要: The present invention is designed such that a new SGSN receives a location update message from a terminal (1) having moved from the management area of an old SGSN to the management area of the new SGSN, and the new SGSN having received the location update message sends a GTPv2 signal for getting communication path information corresponding to GTPv2, to the old SGSN. The old SGSN, upon receiving the GTPv2 signal, if holding communication path information of to GTPv1 as a logical communication path established for the terminal (1), sends, as a response, a GTPv2 signal in which the communication path information by GTPv1 is set in an additional parameter 24, to the new SGSN.

摘要: A scanner is provided that has a light-beam emitter for emitting a light beam, a light-beam deflector for deflecting the light beam to scan a scanning surface, a photo-detector provided at a position outside an image-forming scanning range of the scanning surface to detect a scanning light beam before the scanning light beam starts generating a scanning line in the image-forming scanning range, a rotatable member located in front of an incident surface of the photo-detector and positioned in a recess formed on an outer surface of a housing. The rotatable member is rotatable about a rotational axis perpendicular to a plane defined by the scanning light beam by said deflector. The scanner also has an optical member provided on the rotatable member that allows the scanning light beam to pass therethrough to be incident upon the incident surface of the photo-detector, and a device for adjusting rotational position of said rotatable member about said rotational axis. A through hole through which the optical member is inserted in the housing is formed at the bottom of the recess, and the optical member is inserted into the housing through the through hole.

摘要: So as to provide a network service that allows a specific service to be provided and received safely for both the user and service provider, a service provider providing a user identification file that is installed in a client computer used by a user whose user eligibility is confirmed in advance. Upon request for access from the client computer, the service provider checks for the presence of a user identification file residing in the client computer in the browser screen and provides a specific service only for access requests from the client computer confirmed to have user identification files. User identification files have no effects on pre-installed programs of the client computer when they are installed and are equipped with computer identification symbols whose presence can be checked in the browser screen.

摘要: A multimedia information exchanging system in a digital exchange network that has an exchange system in which channels are selectively assigned for communication among a plurality of subscribers. This system has many pieces of subscriber line terminating equipment each of which is provided on the subscriber side of each subscriber line and which connects at least one terminal device to the subscriber line through subchannels. The system permits simultaneous multiple communications between multiple pairs of terminal devices by sending request information from a first piece of subscriber line terminating equipment to a second piece of subscriber line terminating equipment--the request information calling for at least one of the subchannels available for use in a channel established between the two pieces of subcriber line terminating equipment--and by connecting the subchannels conforming to the request to one of the terminal devices accommodated in each of the first and second pieces of subscriber line terminating equipment.
