    摘要: A coil bobbin for preventing coil lead wires to terminal pins from being loosened, and a transformer employing such coil bobbin. The coil bobbin made of a thermosetting resin is provided with a secondary side terminal base including a first surface to which lead wires of secondary coil wound on the bobbin are led and a second surface provided with terminal pins and perpendicular to the first surface, and with projections projected continuously from both of the first and second surfaces for catching the lead wires to be connected to the terminal pins. The transformer includes primary and secondary coils wound on the bobbin and an iron core mounted about the coils. The lead wires of the secondary coil are led out of the first surface of the secondary side terminal base, caught by the projections and wound on the terminal pins on the second surface of the base.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a honeycomb structure including a honeycomb unit includes forming a honeycomb molded body having a plurality of cells extending from a first end face to a second end face of the honeycomb molded body along a longitudinal direction of the honeycomb molded body and separated by a plurality of cell walls, placing the honeycomb molded body in a degreasing apparatus so that the first end face faces downward and the second end face faces upward, feeding introduced gas into the degreasing apparatus, degreasing the honeycomb molded body at a temperature of approximately 200° C. to approximately 400° C., and firing the degreased honeycomb molded body at a temperature of approximately 500° C. to approximately 900° C. to obtain the honeycomb unit.

    摘要: A coil bobbin for a current transformer is provided which requires no adhesive and no eyelets, as well as enables easy fixing of a primary coil to the coil bobbin without an increase in cost. The coil bobbin includes a configuration in which a coil bobbin 1 is formed, at an outer surface of one of flanges 4 thereof, with a primary coil mounting portion 7 and a primary coil fixing portion 8 so as to protrude outwardly. The primary coil mounting portion 7 and the primary coil fixing portion 8 are formed, at both sides thereof, with through holes 9, 9′ through which a pair of legs 3a of a primary coil 3 for detecting electric current extend. The primary coil fixing portion 8 is formed with a window 12 into which a jig is inserted. The window 12 is formed with concave fixing portions 12a. Each of the legs 3a of the primary coil 3 is inserted into the through hole 9 of the primary coil mounting portion 7, then the window 12 and the through hole 9′ of the primary coil fixing portion 8, respectively; and each of the legs 3a positioned in the window 12 is bent by the jig toward each of the fixing portions 12a to be fixed thereto.
