Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling indicating a configuration for identifying availability and reliability of the availability for resources of a sidelink resource pool based on a plurality of signal quality thresholds. The UE may indicate, for each resource of a set of resources of the sidelink resource pool and based on the configuration, an indication of availability with respect to a first signal quality threshold and an indication of reliability of the availability with respect to a second signal quality threshold. The UE may select one or more resources of the sidelink resource pool based on the indication of availability and the indication of reliability of the availability for reach resource of the set of resources.

Abstract: In a wireless network, a base station may configure a victim user equipment (UE) experiencing interference with a periodic measurement resource using Layer 3 (L3) signaling, and the UE may report cross-link interference (CLI) measurements to the base station using L3 messages. However, using L3 signaling to configure interference measurement and reporting may result in an inflexible interference measurement configuration and a long latency to report CLI and/or self-interference feedback. Furthermore, although Layer 1 and/or Layer 2 (L1/L2) CLI reporting may be more suitable to track and adapt to dynamic changes in interference conditions, L1/L2 signaling increases control signaling and CLI management overhead at the base station. Accordingly, some aspects described herein relate to an adaptive L3 CLI measurement and reporting framework, where L3 messages may include one or more adaptive fields to support flexibility in configuring CLI measurement and/or CLI reporting parameters.

Abstract: Techniques for compensating timing advance for full duplex communications are disclosed. In an example, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a timing advance value and a compensation factor. The UE may also determine a timing compensation amount indicating an amount of time to adjust an uplink (UL) transmission based on the timing advance value and the compensation factor. Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a base station to configure flexible BWPs that include a dedicated slot format or may be applied in both DL and UL symbols, and which allow a UE to switch between flexible BWPs in frequency and/or time. The base station configures a first BWP and a second BWP. The first BWP is associated with a first bandwidth and a first slot format dedicated for the first BWP. The base station transmits, to a UE, a configuration to switch the first BWP to the second BWP. The UE receives the configuration from the base station and switches the first BWP to the second BWP. In particular, the UE may switch the first bandwidth to a second bandwidth, the first slot format to a second slot format, or both the first bandwidth and first slot format to the second bandwidth and second slot format, respectively.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for sub-band conversion or cancellation for dynamic scheduling of sub-band full duplex (SBFD) operations between the base station and UEs. The capability to communicate via simultaneous UL and DL transmissions through dynamic scheduling allows for increased uplink duty cycle leading to latency reduction (e.g., it is possible to receive DL signal in an UL only slots, which can enable latency savings) and improved uplink coverage. Additionally enabling flexible and dynamic UL and DL resource adaptation in accordance with techniques of the present disclosure also provide enhanced system capacity, resource utilization, and spectrum efficiency.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to communicating a first message with a base station in accordance with a first antenna configuration, a first set of resources, or both. The UE may transmit capability signaling indicating a capability of the UE to adjust the first antenna configuration, the first set of resources, or both, for channel reliability management. The UE may receive, based on the capability signaling, control signaling indicating one or more parameters for channel unreliability event detection associated with a downlink channel between the base station and the UE. The UE may then communicate a second message with the base station in accordance with a second antenna configuration, a second set of resources, or both, based at least in part on a channel unreliability event detected in accordance with the one or more parameters.

The UE may identify an interference profile associated with the UE performing the configured grant based uplink transmission. The UE may perform a skipping operation for the configured grant based uplink transmission based at least in part on the data in the uplink buffer and the interference profile, wherein the skipping operation comprises either performing the configured grant based uplink transmission or skipping the configured grant based uplink transmission.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a BS transmits, to a UE, a DCI that triggers an AP-CSI-RS on symbol(s) that are less than a beam switch timing threshold from the DCI. The UE and BS select one or more TCI states for reception of the AP-CSI-RS at the UE based at least in part on whether or not one or more overlapping downlink signals associated with the CORESET pool index are scheduled on the one or more symbols. The BS transmits the AP-CSI-RS, and the UE measures the AP-CSI-RS via the one or more TCI states in accordance with the TCI state selection.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission in one or more of a half-duplexing mode or a full-duplexing mode. The UE may attempt to decode the PDSCH transmission using a low-density parity-check (LDPC) decoder. The UE may transmit, to the base station, feedback that indicates a difference between a half-duplex channel quality and a full-duplex channel quality based at least in part on one or more decoding parameters associated with the LDPC decoder.
