An NMOS power on/low voltage reset circuit provides a substantially instantaneous reset enabling signal when a predetermined fraction of the power supply voltage falls below a predetermined reference voltage. In addition, an external capacitor is discharged. A second reset enabling signal is extended until the capacitor is again charged to a predetermined voltage thus allowing the clock oscillators of a microcomputer sufficient time to stabilize. Self test means are also provided. The reset circuit is implemented on the microcomputer chip.

In one embodiment, the club head contains three gyroscopes that measure angular rate data along different orthogonal axes. At least one gyroscope may an analog gyroscope. Accelerometers may provide data regarding the three orthogonal axes associated with the gyroscopes. The club head may further include software and/or hardware that perform computer-executed methods for determining one or more swing parameters. Exemplary club heads may include a display device for displaying an output of the swing parameter(s). Further aspects of the invention relate to novel methods and algorithms for calculating measurements relating to the swing parameters.

The fitting system cart includes a base with a back panel, two side panels, and a top panel which all define an interior portion, a shaft container, and a set of golf club head cases. The fitting system cart may include two door panels connected to the base and movable between an open and closed position. The fitting system cart may include a set of cases for carrying golf club heads. The cases may have a bottom portion for holding golf club heads and a top portion connected to the bottom portion, wherein the top portion rotates between an open and a closed position. The shaft container may have a configuration wherein the shaft container is closed, and a configuration wherein the shaft container is open.
