    摘要: A developer supply kit for supplying a developer to an image forming apparatus includes a container for accommodating a developer; an opening provided in the container to permit discharging of the developer; and a feeding member, provided in the container, for feeding the developer by rotation thereof. The feeding member includes a lift portion for lifting the toner in the container, a guiding portion for guiding the toner lifted by the lift portion downwardly toward the opening, and a falling portion for letting the toner lifted by the lifting portion fall without feeding it toward the opening with rotation of the feeding member. The developer has an adhering strength which is not less than 0.60 g/cm2 and less than 3.00 g/cm2 after a vertical pressure of 128.4 g/cm2 is imparted to a layer of the developer.

    摘要: A toner supply container detachably mountable to an image forming apparatus includes a container body with a discharge opening formed thereon. A sealing member, which unsealably seals the discharge opening, includes an engageable projection engageable with an engaging member provided in the image forming apparatus and a support for displaceably supporting the engageable portion. The sealing member is moved relative to the container body away therefrom to unseal the discharge opening. The engageable projection is engaged with the engaging member. A releasing projection, is provided in the supporting member, for receiving, from a releasing member provided in the image forming apparatus, a force for displacing the engageable projection in a direction of disengagement from the engaging member.

    摘要: A toner supply container includes a toner container body including a cylindrical portion and an opening, and a sealing member provided at one axial end portion of the container body. The sealing member is movable relative to the container body in an axial direction and includes a sealing portion provided at a side adjacent the container body and a coupling portion provided at a side remote from the container body. The coupling portion includes a supporting portion provided on the sealing portion, an engaging portion provided at a free end of the supporting portion, and a displacing force receiving portion provided on the supporting portion at a position closer to the container body than the engaging portion. The displacing force receiving portion is displaceable with the supporting portion and has a radially outermost part that is more remote from a rotation axis of the container body than a radially outermost part of the engaging portion. The supporting portion, the engaging portion, and the displacing force receiving portion are made of a plastic material.
