Abstract: A three-dimensional image display apparatus includes a display panel configured to display an image and including gate lines, data lines, and pixels connected to the gate lines and the data lines, a data driver configured to drive the data lines, a gate driver configured to drive the gate lines, a lens panel configured to refract light of the image displayed by the display panel, a lens driver configured to drive the lens panel, a lens controller configured to control the lens driver, and a timing controller configured to control the data driver, the gate driver, and the lens driver in response to an image signal and a control signal. The lens controller and the timing controller are mounted on the same control board.

Abstract: A new 2D/3D switchable display apparatus matches a polarization direction of light output from a 2D image display panel with a rubbing direction of a lower alignment layer of a liquid crystal lens, and tilts a rubbing direction of an upper alignment layer of the liquid crystal lens and a direction of a polarization axis of a polarizer at a predetermined angle, thereby reducing a loss of light passing through the liquid crystal lens, making it possible to improve luminance of images, improve the quality of 3D images in the horizontal direction, prevent or reduce color separation and moire phenomena, and reduce the manufacturing cost.

Abstract: An electronic device including an electronic module, a sensing unit divided into a hole area overlapping the electronic module, an active area surrounding the hole area, and a peripheral area adjacent to the active area. A first sensing electrode and a second sensing electrode are disposed in the active area and insulated from each other. The first sensing electrode includes first main patterns, first neighboring patterns having a smaller area than the first main patterns, and a hole pattern connected to the adjacent first neighboring patterns. Abstract: An electronic device includes a display layer comprising emission areas that provide different colored light, respectively, and a non-emission area adjacent thereto. A sensor layer comprises a first sensing insulating layer, a first conductive layer, a second sensing insulating layer, and a second conductive layer and comprising mesh lines extending in first and second directions. The mesh lines comprise a first line extending in the first direction, second and third lines extending in the second direction from opposite sides of the first line, and a fourth line spaced apart from the third line in the first direction and extending in the second direction from the first line. A reinforcing pattern is disposed on inner areas defined by the first line and each of the second to fourth lines, respectively. The reinforcing pattern protrudes from portions of the first to fourth lines that define each inner area of the inner areas.

Dummy patterns are disposed between the patterns and the detection patterns. A secondary dummy pattern is disposed adjacent to the dummy patterns. Signal lines overlap the non-detection area. The signal lines include a first signal line connected to the patterns and a second signal line connected to the detection patterns. The plurality of patterns includes a row of patterns closest to the non-detection area. The secondary dummy pattern overlaps a portion between the row of patterns closest to the non-detection area and the second signal line.
