    Abstract: A method of performing a channel access procedure of a terminal in an unlicensed band, includes: receiving, from a base station, information about a type of the channel access procedure in the unlicensed band; when the channel access procedure is a frame-based channel access procedure, receiving, from the base station, frame-based channel access procedure configuration information including at least one of fixed frame period (FFP) information, channel occupancy time (COT) information in an FFP, or fixed frame start slot offset information; determining whether the base station is occupying a channel, based on the received frame-based channel access procedure configuration information; and when it is determined that the base station is occupying the channel, transmitting and receiving a signal to and from the base station.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication technique for converging IoT technology with a 5G communication system for supporting higher data transmission rates after 4G systems, and a system for same. The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services (for example, smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, healthcare, digital education, retail businesses, security and safety-related services, and the like) based on 5G communication technology and IoT-related technology. The present invention discloses a method and device for efficiently transmitting control information for multiple pieces of data transmitted to a terminal in order to efficiently support cooperative communication. Specifically, a method for a terminal in a wireless communication system to receive downlink data includes steps for: detecting first downlink control information (DCI) scrambled by a cell-radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI); detecting second DCI scrambled by an RNTI for cooperative communication, when the first DCI has been detected; determining, when the second DCI has been detected, whether the second DCI is valid; and receiving, according to the first DCI and the second DCI, two or more pieces of downlink data when the second DCI has been determined to be valid.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. A base station in a wireless communication system includes a transceiver configured to transmit and receive a signal; and a controller configured to transmit, to a terminal, a control message including first information configuring a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource of a PUCCH format 2, second information associated with a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) for physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) of a mapping type A, and third information associated with a DMRS for PUSCH of a mapping type B, identify the PUCCH resource based on the first information, and receive, from the terminal on the PUCCH resource, a DMRS for PUCCH format 2 based on the control message. A sequence of the DMRS for PUCCH format 2 is generated based on a scrambling identity (ID) included in the third information of the control message.

    Abstract: A method, performed by a user equipment (UE), in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes receiving information on a number of physical resource blocks (PRBs), determining a valid number of PRBs based on the information in case that a transform precoding is configured, and transmitting a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) based on the valid number of PRBs, wherein in case that the number of PRBs based on the information does not satisfy a pre-defined rule associated with the transform precoding, the valid number of PRBs corresponds to the largest integer satisfying the pre-defined rule associated with the transform precoding which is not greater than the number of PRBs based on the information.
