This invention discloses a backlight module comprises a light guide plate, a middle frame, a quantum strip, and a light source disposed approximate to a light input surface of the light guide plate. The the middle frame comprises a supporting portion and a containing portion connecting to the supporting portion, the supporting portion is disposed on a light output surface of the light guide plate, and the containing portion is disposed between the light source and the light input surface. The containing portion comprises a containing space, the quantum strip is disposed in the containing space, the a light transmitting hole is disposed on a first sidewall and a second sidewall of the containing portion for transmitting light from the light source via the quantum strip to radiate the light input surface of the light guide plate. This invention also discloses a liquid crystal display device comprises the above mentioned backlight module. The display device and backlight module in this invention is easy for assembly and reduces the risk of broking the quantum strip. The production yield is improved.

A backlight module and a liquid crystal display are disclosed. The backlight module includes a light guiding plate having at least one light incident surface, a light source unit being arranged close to the light incident surface, and a light conversion unit being fixed between the light source unit and the light incident surface. The light conversion unit converts light beams emitted from the light source unit to white light beams. The light conversion unit is a complex fluorescent material bar of quantum dots having a plurality of fluorescent quantum dots, and the light beams emitted from the activated fluorescent quantum dots are composited with the light beams emitted from the light conversion unit to generate white light beams. The fixing process of the complex fluorescent material bar is simplified. In addition, by utilizing the quantum effects, the NTSC value of the backlight module is greatly enhanced.

A backlight module and a liquid crystal display are disclosed. The backlight module includes a back frame and a support. The back frame is arranged on the support and is fixedly connected with the support. A receiving cavity is formed between the back frame and the support for receiving flexible circuit boards and printed circuit boards connecting to the flexible circuit boards. By adding the support at the outer side of the back frame, the receiving cavity is formed between the back frame and the support to receive the doubled flexible circuit boards and printed circuit boards. Not only the resolution of the liquid crystal display is achieved, but also the reliability of the mechanical components of the liquid crystal display is enhanced.

The present invention relates to a technical field of liquid crystal display, and specially to a fixture and a liquid crystal display module incorporated with such a fixture. The fixture includes a sidewall and top and bottom plate attached to the sidewall, wherein the sidewall, top and bottom plates jointly defines a compartment; wherein a stopper is formed on an end of the bottom plate with a magnetic device securely disposed within the compartment. The present invention further provides a liquid crystal display module, specially the liquid crystal display module incorporated with such a fixture. A liquid crystal display module with a simplified fixture incorporated therein is also provided. By the provision of the fixture and the liquid crystal display incorporated with such a fixture, the printed circuit board can be readily and securely attached to the backboard without the implementation of embossments or posts such that the printed circuit boards of different dimension can be readily attached to the backboard without additional glue or fasteners. In addition, since the embossments and/or posts have been omitted during the manufacturing of the backboard, the backboard can be made more planar. The adaptability of the backboard is therefore increased.

The present invention discloses a backlight module and an LCD having a positioning structure for fixing an optical film and a frame. The frame includes a side frame having an assembling hole. The optical film is placed on the side frame and includes a protruded ear having a positioning hole. The positioning structure includes: a magnetic member installed inside the assembling hole; an attracted member including a compression part and a positioning pillar, wherein the positioning pillar is connected to the compression part and gets inside the assembling hole through the positioning hole such that the positioning pillar is connected to an attraction hole due to a magnetic effect to make the compression part compress and fix the optical film on the side frame. The positioning structure can fix the optical film in X, Y, and Z directions to raise the positioning reliability, assembling speed, and capacity.

The present invention provides a mold frame for curved displaying and a curved liquid crystal display device using the mold frame. The mold frame for curved displaying includes two opposite first side frame members (11) and two opposite second side frame members (13) respectively mounted to two ends of the two first side frame members (11). Each of the first side frame members (11) includes a plurality of first engagement slots (115) and open notches (117) between two adjacent ones of the first engagement slots (115) formed therein. The first engagement slots (115) receive and are coupled to the first projection blocks (211) of the curved backplane the first side plates (21). The first side frame members (11) are made of an elastic plastic material. The first side frame members (11) show a flat and straight configuration before being assembled to a curved backplane and show a curved configuration after being assembled to the curved backplane. The mold frame for curved displaying has a simple structure is easy to design, manufacture, and inspect so as to help improve product yield rate and reduce manufacture costs.
