    Abstract: A phase difference film including: a phase difference thin film including at least two non-liquid crystal polymers, wherein the phase difference thin film satisfies refractive indexes of nx≥ny>nz and has a thickness direction phase difference per unit thickness of greater than or equal to about 80 nm/μm, wherein nx denotes a refractive index of the phase difference thin film at a slow axis thereof, ny denotes a refractive index of the phase difference thin film at a fast axis thereof, and nz denotes a refractive index of the phase difference thin film in a direction perpendicular to the slow axis and the fast axis thereof, and wherein an average light transmittance in a wavelength region of about 360 nm to about 740 nm is greater than or equal to about 88%, and a display device including the same.

    Abstract: An electronic device and method thereof of are provided to prevent burnout due to overcurrent. An electronic device includes a power amplifier configured to amplify a transmission signal; a battery configured to provide a bias voltage to the at least one power amplifier; and an overcurrent protection circuit configured to prevent overcurrent from flowing through the power amplifier. The overcurrent protection circuit includes a configurer configured to configure a reference current value, based on the power amplifier; a measurer configured to measure a bias current value due to the bias voltage; a comparator configured to compare the measured bias current value with the reference current value; and a controller configured to recognize overcurrent flowing through the power amplifier and control provision of the bias voltage, based on a result of the comparison.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device comprising: a wireless communication circuit for generating an RF signal, an amplifier circuit electrically connected to the wireless communication circuit and configured to amplify the RF signal, and an antenna connected to the amplifier circuit. The amplifier circuit may comprise: a first amplifier; a second amplifier; a first transmission path connected to an output terminal of the first amplifier and the antenna; a second transmission path connected to an output terminal of the second amplifier and the first transmission path; a first variable impedance circuit located on the first transmission path and configured to change an electrical length of the first transmission path based on the frequency of the RF signal; and a second variable impedance circuit located on the second transmission path and configured to change the electrical length based on a power mode.
