Abstract: A method for transmitting a handover report and for transmitting a radio link failure (RLF) report are provided. The method includes obtaining, by a target base station, at least one of location information of a source cell or location information of a user equipment (UE) history cell during a handover procedure, and transmitting, by the target base station, the handover report to at least one of a source base station or to a base station where the UE history cell is located, according to the obtained at least one of location information of the source cell or the location information of the UE history cell, wherein the handover report including at least one of an unnecessary handover report, a too early handover report, or a handover to wrong cell report.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for supporting release of a SIPTO bearer or a LIPA bearer in dual-connectivity architecture. The method is implemented as follows. A MeNB sends a message to a SeNB. The message contains indication information for SIPTO at local network bearer deactivation or LIPA bearer deactivation. The indication information may indicate the SeNB to notify a collocated LGW of releasing PDN connection of SIPTO at local network or the PDN connection of LIPA. After receiving the message, the SeNB removes radio and control plane related resources associated to the UE context or the SIPTO at local network bearer or the LIPA bearer, and if the message contains the indication information for SIPTO@LN bearer deactivation or LIPA bearer deactivation, sends an internal signaling to the collocated LGW to indicate the collocated LGW to release the PDN connection of the SIPTO at local network or the PDN connection of the LIPA. The SeNB is a SeNB supporting functions of the LGW that supports operations of the SIPTO at local network or the operations of the LIPA. By the method of the present disclosure, the SIPTO bearer or the LIPA bearer in the dual-connectivity architecture can be released, thereby avoiding inaccurate operations in an access network, ensuring that the SIPTO bearer or the LIPA bearer can be released duly and accurately, and avoiding inaccurate release of the SIPTO bearer or the LIPA bearer.

Abstract: A method for supporting fast recovery of a User Equipment (UE) includes performing, by a serving base station, UE context synchronization for one or more other base stations in a related small cell cluster when a UE accesses the serving base station, performing, by a base station that the UE performs a radio resource control (RRC) connection re-establishment, the RRC connection re-establishment for the UE according to UE context saved in a synchronization process. The present also discloses another method and system for supporting UE fast recovery. By applying the technical solution disclosed by the present disclosure, when the UE moves in a small cell scenario, the UE can be recovered quickly in the case of a failure, so as to avoid the UE returns to an idle mode, avoid data loss, guarantee business continuity, and improve UE experience.

Abstract: A method for supporting indication of a failure event to a source access system is provided. Abstract: A system for configuring a UE-AMBR includes a MME to send the UE-AMBR to an eNB covering the serving cell of the UE, the eNB covering the serving cell of the UE establishes a radio access bearer of the UE on at least one secondary cell. The MME sends an AMBR of the UE in the primary eNB covering the serving cell of the UE and an AMBR of the UE in a secondary eNB to the primary eNB. The primary eNB sends the AMBR of the secondary eNB to the corresponding secondary eNB. The technical solutions of the present disclosure can make total rate of all non-GBR services of the UE be not larger than the UE-AMBR when the UE has multiple S1 bearers or one S1 bearer.

Abstract: The present application discloses a method for a master eNB (MeNB) handover or a secondary eNB (SeNB) handover in a small cell system, comprising: sending by a source MeNB information of a source secondary cell (Scell) to a target MeNB; sending by the target MeNB a message to the source MeNB, the message notifying the source MeNB to suspend data transmission on a bearer of the SeNB. Until a message of data transmission resuming is received, the data transmission/reception is started to continue. The method for a MeNB handover or a SeNB handover provided in the present application may reduce the reconfiguration of the bearer for the UE, avoid releasing the bearer by error, and improve the system throughput and the data rate of transmission.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses methods, systems and devices for supporting local breakout in a small cell architecture. A MME sends information of a local breakout bearer for a UE to a MeNB, and the MeNB determines a local home network to which the local breakout bearer belongs according to the received information. When the MeNB is to switch the local breakout bearer between different eNBs, the MeNB selects an eNB in the local home network to which the local breakout bearer belongs as a target eNB. By the present disclosure, the continuity of local breakout traffic may be ensured when a User Equipment (UE) moves in a small cell scenario, thereby avoiding data loss and improving user experiences. Further, a local breakout bearer may be released timely and reasonably, thereby saving system resources.
