    Abstract: According to an embodiment of the disclosure, a method of operating a user equipment (UE) for estimating a channel based on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmitted repetitively may include receiving, from a base station (BS), repetitive transmission configuration information for repetitively transmitting a PUSCH; receiving, from the BS, frequency hopping configuration information including configuration information for a hopping interval between a plurality of frequency resources for transmitting the PUSCH; and repetitively transmitting the PUSCH to the BS while performing frequency hopping at the hopping interval based on the repetitive transmission configuration information and the frequency hopping configuration information.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a 5th generation (5G) or pre-5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate than a 4th generation (4G) communication system, such as long term evolution (LTE).     Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for transmitting and receiving downlink control information (DCI) in a wireless communication system. A method to be performed by a base station comprises steps in which configuration information on scheduling of one or more PDSCHs to one or more cells through one piece of DCI is transmitted to a UE through upper layer signaling, at least one of a carrier indicator field (CIF) or a cell group indicator field (GIF) included in the DCI, the size of a frequency domain resource allocation field commonly applied to the one or more PDSCHs, and at least one modulation and coding scheme (MCS) field and/or MCS offset field are determined according to the configuration information, and the at least one of the CIF or GIF, the frequency domain resource allocation field having the determined size, and the at least one MCS field and/or MCS offset field are transmitted to the UE by being included in the DCI for scheduling the plurality of PDSCHs to a plurality of cells, respectively, according to the configuration information.

    Abstract: A method is provided for a terminal, which includes identifying information on a number of slots for PUCCH transmission via an RRC signal; obtaining information on a starting symbol for the PUCCH transmission and information on a PRB for the PUCCH transmission; identifying a slot index for the PUCCH transmission for the PUCCH transmission; and performing, based on the information on the starting symbol, the information on the PRB, and the slot index, the PUCCH transmission in a plurality of slots corresponding to the number of slots. The information on the starting symbol and the information on the PRB are applied to a PUCCH of each of the plurality of slots. The PUCCH of each of the plurality of slots includes at least four symbols. The information on the starting symbol and the information on the PRB are obtained based on a combination of the RRC signal and physical signal.
