摘要: An example method of mapping a plurality of modulation symbols of a plurality of physical layer pipes present in a frame to a resource grid of data cells for the frame is described. The modulation symbols of the plurality of physical layer pipes are represented by a two-dimensional array comprising the modulation symbol values for the plurality of physical layer pipes and the resource grid of data cells is represented by a one-dimensional sequentially indexed array.

The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The present invention presents a method for efficiently estimating a physical channel and, according to the present invention, a terminal of a communication system receives a synchronization signal from a base station, receives a broadcast channel from the base station, and can estimate the broadcast channel on the basis of the synchronization signal.

摘要: Methods for wireless communications over a wideband carrier are provided. Time-frequency resources of the wideband carrier within a transmission time interval are divided into multiple time-frequency resource blocks. Each of the time-frequency resource blocks corresponds to a group of contiguous subcarriers of the wideband carrier and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing symbols. Data streams may be scheduled to be transmitted in different time-frequency resource blocks, and may be destined for different user equipments or the same user equipment. Baseband processing operations may be performed on data streams scheduled in different time-frequency resource blocks independently from one another. Separate control channels or one common control channel may be configured for data transmissions in different time-frequency resource blocks.

摘要: In wireless communications for a 20 megahertz (MHz) channel bandwidth, a first device may determine a high efficiency long training field (HE-LTF) mode. The first device may generate an HE-LTF symbol by using a portion or an entirety of an HE-LTF sequence corresponding to the channel bandwidth and HE-LTF mode. The first device may transmit, in the channel bandwidth, a high efficiency physical layer protocol data unit (HE PPDU) that includes the HE-LTF symbol. A second device may receive, in the 20 MHz channel bandwidth, a downlink HE PPDU that includes an HE-LTF symbol. The second device may obtain, from the HE-LTF symbol, a portion or an entirety of an HE-LTF sequence corresponding to the channel bandwidth and an HE-LTF mode of the HE-LTF symbol. The downlink HE PPDU may be the HE PPDU from the first device. Other methods, apparatus, and computer-readable media are also disclosed.

摘要: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for estimating channel information. A terminal estimates a channel coefficient for each of subcarriers included in each symbol of the received signals, calculates power of the received signal matched to each of the subcarriers, calculates an interference estimation parameter for each of the subcarriers based on the power of the received signal matched to each of the subcarriers and based on power of a channel coefficient for a subcarrier on which the received signal has maximum power among the subcarriers, and calculates a non-Gaussian characteristic parameter of an interference signal related to the received signals based on the interference estimation parameters calculated for the subcarriers of all the symbols of the received signals.
