摘要: A method of manufacturing a nozzle for an inkjet head is disclosed. With the method of manufacturing a nozzle for an inkjet head, comprising (a) coating photoresist on an inkjet head structure comprising a nozzle part; (b) adjusting exposure conditions and performing exposure and developing on the nozzle part to remove a portion of the photoresist; (c) joining a hydrophobic layer onto the portion of the nozzle part where the photoresist has been removed; and (d) removing the photoresist remaining on the nozzle part, it is easy to control the depth of the hydrophobic layer to be uniform, and the depth to which the hydrophobic layer is deposited may be controlled even when the back surface of the nozzle has a complex shape, so that the uniformity and reproduction of the hydrophobicity-treated nozzles are improved.

The inkjet head, which include a head body, having one side, in which a nozzle is formed to discharge ink; and a protrusion, formed in one side of the head body, spaced from the nozzle, can form a groove on the surface of a printing target in the printing and then discharge ink in the groove, thereby increasing the aspect ratio of a printed line.

摘要: An inkjet head and an inkjet printer having the inkjet head are disclosed. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the inkjet head includes a chamber housing ink and a nozzle, which discharges the ink housed in the chamber. Here, a plurality of inner wall grooves are formed on an inner wall of the nozzle, in which the plurality of inner wall grooves extends in a lengthwise direction of the nozzle. Thus, the inkjet head can discharge big ink droplets at a high frequency by quickly filling the ink in the nozzle after relatively big ink is discharged.

摘要: An ink-jet head is disclosed. The ink-jet head can include: a channel for holding ink, a nozzle connected with the channel, a pressurizing unit configured to apply pressure to the ink so as to eject the ink, a partition coupled to one side of the channel so as to block the channel, and an actuator configured to deform one side of the channel so as to open the channel. While pressure is applied to the ink, this pressure can be turned on and off, to provide pressure pulses for ejecting the ink. As such, with this arrangement, the ejection properties of the ink-jet head can be adjusted to various settings.
