    摘要: In a stereoscopic image conversion panel and a stereoscopic image display apparatus, the stereoscopic display panel includes a first lens substrate, a second lens substrate, a stereoscopic image lens part and a lens liquid crystal layer. The stereoscopic image lens part is disposed between the first and second substrates, and includes a main lens and sub-lenses with a concave shape. At least one sub-lens is disposed at opposite edge portions of the main lens. The lens liquid crystal layer is received by the main lens and the sub-lenses, is disposed between the first and second lens substrates, and includes liquid crystal molecules having an anisotropic refractive index. The lens liquid crystal layer refracts a polarized light at an interface between the lens liquid crystal layer and the stereoscopic lens part, to convert a flat image into a stereoscopic image. Therefore, the thickness of the stereoscopic image panel can be reduced.

    摘要: A manufacturing method for a liquid crystal display (LCD) includes forming an upper panel and a lower panel, applying a sealant to either one of the panels, adding a liquid crystal material within a boundary of the sealant, coupling the upper panel and the lower panel, and forming a sensor in an upper part of the upper panel. The LCD includes a lower panel; an upper panel that is coupled to the lower panel by the sealant; a lower resistance film that is formed in a predetermined region of an upper part of the upper panel; a lower contact electrode that is formed in a surrounding part of the lower resistance film; an upper resistance film that is disposed apart from and opposite to the lower resistance film by a spacer; an upper contact electrode that is formed on a lower surface of the upper resistance film that is opposite to the lower resistance film and that is formed in a surrounding part of the upper resistance film; an upper polarizer that is positioned on the upper resistance film; and a lower polarizer that is attached to a lower part of the lower panel.
