    摘要: An air dielectric coaxial cable in which variations in phase characteristics due to variations in ambient temperature are minimized. An insulator is formed by welding a spiral rib which is in contact along one edge thereof with the outer wall of the inner conductor to an outer pipe of the same material. The outer conductor is provided in close contact with the outer wall of the insulating pipe. The space factor of the insulator is set between predetermined limits in accordance with a disclosed technique.

    摘要: An optical recording apparatus and a method of optical recording are disclosed in which: a DC voltage of a first polarity is applied, as a reset voltage for initializing a display layer, to one of a plurality of divided electrodes which is selected in a predetermined sequence along a specified direction, and reset light is irradiated onto a photoconductor layer in a region corresponding to the selected divided electrode; and a DC voltage of a second polarity opposite to the first polarity is applied, as an image writing voltage for writing an image in the display layer, to the selected divided electrode, and image light corresponding to input image information is irradiated onto the photoconductor layer in the region corresponding to the selected divided electrode. Also disclosed is an image display apparatus including the optical recording apparatus.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus writes an image to a display recording medium at a write position. The image forming apparatus includes an insertion slot, a transport unit, an image light emitting device and a separating/contacting unit. The display recording medium is inserted into the insertion slot. The transport unit transports the display recording medium inserted, to/from the write position. The image light emitting device includes an emitting surface that emits two-dimensional image light for irradiating a photoconductive layer of the display recording medium at the write position. The separating/contacting unit brings the emitting surface separate from a display recording medium surface when the display recording medium is not opposed to the image light emitting device, while the transport unit transports the display recording medium. The separating/contacting unit brings the emitting surface into proximity to the display recording medium surface when the display recording medium is at the write position.

    摘要: A writing control system includes a display holding medium, a reading unit, an identifying unit, a control unit and a writing unit. The display holding medium includes a display section capable of displaying and holding an image in a no-power state and a storage section having a storage area for storing information that identifies an electronic document associated with it. The reading unit reads the information from the storage section when the display holding medium is located in a predetermined position. The identifying unit identifies the electronic document associated with the display holding medium, based on the information read from the display holding medium. When the electronic document associated with the display holding medium is not identified, the control unit performs control so that a page image, which has not been written, of an electronic document, which is used in last image writing, is set as a writing target.
