摘要: In order to produce a ground coil for a magnetically levitated railway, coils each composed of a conductor coiled in a plurality of turns are arranged in a metal mold, and a synthetic resin forming reactive liquid is injected and cured in the metal mold by reaction injection molding. Furthermore, a plurality of base coils are produced each composed of a coil conductor coiled in a plurality of turns in a desired shape, laid in two tiers and connected in series so as to form unit coils. Two unit coils are connected so that the winding directions of them are opposite to each other and guidance terminals are formed, thereby forming a pair of levitation and guidance coils. Two pairs of levitation and guidance coils are arranged on a single plane in a metal mold so that the positional relationship among the coils is constant, and a synthetic resin forming reactive liquid is injected and integrally cured by reaction injection molding.

摘要: The automotive headup display apparatus contains an indicator and a reflection member and has an opening directed toward a reflection surface as on a windshield. A Fresnel lens is installed in the opening for enlarging a display image of the indicator. The reflection member is disposed facing and between the indicator and the reflection surface. The reflection member is coated with a hologram emulsion layer to have a wavelength selection capability such that only the rays of light with almost the same wavelength as display light of the indicator are reflected by the reflection membeer. With this arrangement, when external light should enter the indicator unit from the reflection surface on the windshield, those rays of light different in wavelength from the display light are not reflected toward the indicator, preventing the display of the indicator from being obscured as in the conventional apparatus.

摘要: A photosensitive member suitable for multi-color image formation is obtained by forming a plurality of photosensitive layers laminated on a substrate. Each photosensistive layer comprises a matrix phase and particles dispersed therein. The matrix phase contains a photosensitive silver salt, an organic silver salt and a reducing agent which react with each other on exposure and heating to form a light-absorbing organic compound. The particles contain a heat-diffusive colorant, a polymerizable polymer precursor and a photopolymerization initiator. The light-absorbing organic compound in a photosensitive layer being capable of absorbing a wavelength of light to which the photopolymerization initiator in the photosensitive layer is sensitive. Because the heat-diffusive colorant, the polymerizer and the initiator are contained in the particles, the diffusion of the heat-diffusive colorant can be effectively controlled to prevent color fog.

摘要: In a head-up display such that display images of instruments within a dashboard can be projected upon part of a windshield of an automotive vehicle, the holographic head-up display apparatus comprises a light emitting display unit; a transmissive hologram plate; and a reflective hologram plate. Since visible display images can be seen by the driver after having been passed through the transmissive hologram plate and reflected from the reflective hologram plate, blur of the display image due to chromatic aberration can be cancelled out, thus providing clear head-up instrument images.
