    摘要: A new remover chemistry based on a choline compound, such as choline hydroxide, is provided in order to address problems related to removal of residues, modified photoresists, photoresists, and polymers such as organic anti-reflective coatings and gap-fill and sacrificial polymers from surfaces involved in dual damascene structures without damaging the dielectrics and substrates involved therein. An etch stop inorganic layer at the bottom of a dual damascene structure may or may not be used to cover the underlying interconnect of copper. If not used, a process step of removing that protective layer can be avoided through a timed etch of the via in trench-first dual damascene processes.

    摘要: Reformatting a previously formatted document. A unique interface allows preview and selection of both a color set and a font set. A color set comprises a plurality of colors defining a color scheme. The font set comprises a plurality of fonts defining a font theme. A format set is defined by the selection of a color set and a font set. A format set comprises a plurality of formats, each format comprising a format font name, a format font size, a format font color, and other properties. Once a format set is determined, the document is reformatted in such a way as to largely maintain the proportionality and integrity of its previous formatting. In so doing, each discrete portion of text in the document is analyzed to determine its format properties. Each format in the format set is then compared to the text format. Points are added to a match quality value associated with the format when it is determined that a property of the format matches a property of the existing text format. The match quality values for each format in the format set are compared and the format having the greatest associated match quality value is applied to the discrete portion of text.

    摘要: A method and device for displaying animated navigation information has a processor, a memory, a display, and an input, housed in a portable, handheld housing. In various embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of frames are stored in memory, wherein each frame includes data indicative of a still-shot of a portion of an animated sequence represented by the total plurality of frames. The processor retrieves the frames in sequence for display on the display, such that successively displaying each of the frames on the display presents a visualization on the display of animated movement. In one aspect of the invention, animation is provided upon power up of the unit to provide the user with an indication of the nature of use and features of the unit. In another aspect of the invention, animation is provided to provide an indication to the user of satellite signal acquisition for use in navigation purposes. In another aspect of the invention, a graphical menu driven system is provided, such that upon entry of menu selection, a graphical representation indicative of the selection made appears on the display screen. In accordance with another aspect, as the user of the navigation unit moves with the navigation unit on his or her person, the navigation unit tracks the movement and provides an animated, graphical representation indicative of movement of the user.
