    摘要: Systems and techniques for managing the use of industrial-scientific-medical bands for cellular network communication. An apparatus comprises a processing system and a memory storing a set of program instructions. The processing system is configured to cause the apparatus to receive channel information from a UE reporting the control of an industrial-scientific-medical (ISM) band channel by the UE and cause the apparatus to schedule a communication session with the UE over the channel, with the channel being configured and activated as an ISM secondary component carrier (SCC). The apparatus may further request one or more user equipments (UEs) to report their wireless fidelity (WiFi) capability and request user equipments having WiFi capability to compete for the wireless medium and report occupation of the wireless medium in the form of a request to send command, to which the apparatus responds with a clear to send command.

    摘要: Methods, apparatus and computer program products are provided for defining the HARQ functionality for primary and secondary cells having different TDD UL/DL subframe configurations so as to reduce or eliminate instances in which the feedback is blocked and the UL grant is missed. For example, a method is provided that includes providing for communications via a primary cell and at least one secondary cell in a time division duplex (TDD) network that supports carrier aggregation in accordance with different TDD uplink (UL)/downlink (DL) subframe configurations. In this example, the method also defines at least one of: (i) UL or DL hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) timing, (ii) a maximum number of DL HARQ processes, (iii) a number of UL HARQ processes or (iv) an UL HARQ process mapping to be the same for each of the primary and secondary cells having different TDD UL/DL subframe configurations.

The resource space corresponds to a special subframe in a frame including the special subframe and a multiplicity of second subframes. The special subframe and the plurality of second subframes are located in different timeslots. Apparatus, computer programs, and program products are also disclosed.

    摘要: A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided for enabling provision of an additional special subframe configuration to one or more communication devices. A method and apparatus may generate one or more parameters defining a new special subframe configuration associated with downlink communications. The new special subframe configuration is generated in addition to one or more other special subframe configurations. The new special subframe configuration includes information indicating a plurality of downlink symbols that exceed a number of downlink symbols of one of the other special subframe configurations which reduces overlap between a first system and a second system, the plurality of downlink symbols minimize interference between the first and second systems and increases utilization of resources. The method and apparatus may provide a message to one or more communication devices to enable at least a first subset of the communication devices to detect the new special subframe configuration.

From a UE perspective, it encompasses requesting (S3) a connection to be established with a network transceiver device, receiving (S5) information on a dedicated preamble being allocated, and issuing (S8) a random access request to said network transceiver device which includes the allocated dedicated preamble.     摘要: The specification and drawings present a new method, apparatus and software related product (e.g., a computer readable memory) for implementing enhanced and flexible radio aperiodic measurements, e.g., on an unlicensed band in LTE wireless systems and providing effective and timely reporting. A UE may receive from a wireless network an aperiodic measurement request to measure a special measurement object (e.g., a neighbor cell) specified in the aperiodic measurement request, e.g., in an unlicensed band. In response to the aperiodic measurement request, the UE may perform the measurement of the special management object until a further instruction from the wireless network or for a determined period of time. Inter-frequency measurements may be performed during the measurement gap determined from the aperiodic measurement request.
