摘要: An inkjet printing method for decorative surfaces includes jetting an image on a first thermoplastic foil with one or more pigmented free radical UV curable inkjet inks, at least partially UV curing the jetted image on the first thermoplastic foil, inserting a layer containing a vinylchloride-vinylacetate-vinylalcohol copolymer between a second thermoplastic foil and the first thermoplastic foil with the at least partially UV cured image facing the layer containing the vinylchloride-vinylacetate-vinylalcohol copolymer. At least one of the first and second thermoplastic foils is a transparent thermoplastic foil. The one or more pigmented free radical UV curable inkjet inks contains a polymerizable composition having 30 to 90 wt % of one or more compounds with one ethylenically unsaturated polymerizable group; 10 to 70 wt % of one or more compounds with two ethylenically unsaturated polymerizable groups; and 0 to 10 wt % of one or more compounds with three or more ethylenically unsaturated polymerizable groups.

摘要: An X-ray system includes an X-ray source and/or an X-ray detector, at least two guide rails, and at least one carriage on which the X-ray source and/or the X-ray detector is mounted. The carriage includes first guide wheels and second guide wheels, and a drive unit including drive wheels and a motor drive that drives the one or more drive wheels. The first guide wheels move between at least two different positions relative to the carriage. In a first position, the drive wheels are in a lifted position such that the carriage is moveably mounted on the guide rails via the first and second guide wheels. In a second position, the first guide wheels disengage from the guide rails while the drive wheels engage with the guide rails such that the carriage is moveably mounted on the guide rails via the second guide wheels and the drive wheels.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a packaging for food, cosmetics, or pharma includes the steps of storing on a print validation server a packaging definition including an image intent part and a manufacturing intent part including characteristics of a packaging substrate, an inkjet printer, and a plurality of inkjet inks including one or more SML-ink components and/or at least 20 wt % based on the total weight of inkjet ink of a vinyl ether acrylate; forming a set of meta-data including a safety limit of the one or more extractable SML-ink components and/or the extractable vinyl ether acrylate determined from the inkjet ink coverage required for each colour separation; transmitting one or more files containing the set of colour separations and the set of meta-data to an inkjet print server; and inkjet printing the set of coloration separations on the packaging substrate in the inkjet printer according to the set of meta-data, wherein the SML-ink component is a compound of Section A or B in the Swiss legislation SR 817.023.21 of 23 Nov. 2011 (Status on 1 Apr. 2013).
