摘要： One or more embodiments concerns a stranded tensioning wire severing apparatus for stranded tensioning wires of steel, in particular stranded tensioning wires of prestressed concrete structures such as for example pylons of wind power installations, which is adapted to sever a bundle comprising a plurality of stranded tensioning wires in one working operation.One embodiment proposes that the apparatus has a housing, a cutting body arranged within the housing, and a plurality of passage openings corresponding to the plurality of stranded tensioning wires, which extend through the housing, wherein the passage openings are each penetrated by a slot adapted to receive the cutting body, and the cutting body has one or more cutting edges and is drivable in the housing movably in a cutting direction relative to the passage openings in such a way that the cutting edge or edges completely transit through the passage openings.

A cutting head includes a plunger, a cutting blade operably mounted to the plunger, a hold-down biasedly mounted to the plunger, a foot and a shear edge. The drive train is operably connected to the plunger. The plunger moves toward the foot to move the hold-down into contact with the strap, securing the strap against the foot, and as the hold-down secures the strap, the cutting blade contacts and cuts the strap at the shear edge.

The assembly includes a tool head having a receiving area for the blade holder. A powered actuator is attached to the tool head adjacent the receiving area for actuating a moving blade. The moving blade includes a first end attached to the powered actuator and a second end with a cutting surface facing a fixed blade. The blade holder is attached to the tool head and includes an arcuate bottom surface adjacent the receiving area at a first end and a sleeve at a second end. The fixed cutting blade is received in the sleeve and includes a cutting surface disposed facing the moving blade.

摘要： An electric cutting device includes a housing, a motor, an activation button, a first assembly, a second assembly, two connecting rods, two connecting rods and a cutting assembly. The activation button may be used to activate the motor. The motor is connected with a speed reduction gear set, and a transmission gear is connected with the output shaft of the speed reduction gear set. The transmission gear is engaged with a driving gear. A threaded rod is fixedly connected with the driving gear. The two supporting rods are pivotally connected with the first assembly. The rear end of either connecting rod is connected with the front end of the corresponding supporting rod. In use, the motor may cause the threaded rod to rotate and then activate the cutting operation of the cutting assembly.
