摘要： A means and method of constructing electronic housing modules in sections and joining the sections together in modular fashion. A coupler for joining the sections of the module housing can be constructed in a variety of ways allowing the module to take on various housing configurations. For instance, the module can be constructed as a rectangular or triangular box using the coupler. The coupler is preferably comprised of a longitudinal member including at least one groove. Each groove comprises an upper and lower extending lip. To construct the housing module, the sections, or housing walls, of the module are inserted into the groove between the upper and lower lips. The lower lip acts as a support for the inserted housing wall. The upper lip includes a flared portion at the extending end of the upper lip. A ledge secured to and protruding from the bottom plane of the upper lip. The ledge is located close to the inner portion of the groove. The walls of the housing module are made of malleable or extrudable materials. When the housing wall is inserted into the groove of the coupler, the end of the extrudable housing member slips underneath the ledge and butts against the end of the groove. This insures proper alignment of the extrudable housing member with the coupler. The upper lip is then crimped down onto the inserted housing wall. The flare of the upper lip causes the material of the housing wall to flow into the cavity areas of the groove. By constructing the housing module in modular fashion, the housing can be made easily and inexpensively.

The marginal portions of all sections are provided with borders which extend into the interior of the respective unit and are secured to each other, to the neighboring units and/or to the sidewalls by screws or bolts and nuts. Two of the longer panels in each unit are horizontal and the other two longer panels are vertical. The shorter panels have openings for the passage of pneumatic or hydraulic conduits and/or one or more electric cables. Such shorter panels can carry pressure relief and/or pressure reducing valves, or they can be connected to columns which mount the respective unit of a platform. The conduits or cables pass through plate-like closures which are sealingly secured to and overlie the openings in some or all of the shorter panels in a single unit or in each of two or more units.

摘要： A plurality of upright screw anchors are embedded in the ground to support a lightweight, formed, corrosion-resistant base pad of fiber glass filled polyester resin material and an article such as a transformer, switchgear, air conditioning unit or other load disposed on the top surface of the pad. The lowermost helix carrying ends of the anchors are driven below the frost and seasonal moisture lines of the ground to assure that the anchors provide a stable support for the pad and article. The lowermost edge of the pad may be buried while leaving the top surface thereof exposed to provide an aesthetically pleasing installation and to hinder access to cables and the like in the formed hollow area underneath the pad. Such area may be filled with earth to further impede unauthorized access. The anchors and pad are especially suited for packaging with the article as a unit on a pallet therefor for ease of distribution.

The upper portion may comprise a third protective member assembly. Methods of making a protective barrier are also disclosed.

The enclosure has a floor, end and side walls and a roof. The enclosure also includes one or more generator assemblies. The one or more generator assemblies provide power to one or more breaker boxes located in the enclosure. The one or more breaker boxes transfer the power to one or more transformers located on a wall of the enclosure. The one or more transformers transform and transfer the power to an electrical distribution panel in the enclosure. A water tank is also disposed in the enclosure. A water manifold is coupled to the water tank, and the water manifold includes a pump that uses power generated from the one or more generator assemblies.
