    摘要: A method of making a forming wheel includes mixing and melting an electrically conductive material, a latex rubber material, and a polycarbonate material to produce a weatherproof material mixture, blending carbon black with polyethylene to produce an electrically conductive additive, positioning an injection mold of the forming wheel in fluid communication with an exit end of a heating barrel, injecting the weatherproof material mixture into an entry end of the heating barrel, introducing the electrically conductive additive through a lateral port of the heating barrel proximate to the exit end to partially mix with the weatherproof material mixture to produce an injection mixture, and injecting the injection mixture into the injection mold to produce the forming wheel.

    摘要: A cable sealing assembly for a cable entry in a cabinet housing electronic equipment. The cable sealing assembly comprises a tongue-shaped protruding member, an elastic cable sealing member configured to be shaped around the edge of the tongue-shaped protruding member and a corresponding recessed member configured to receive the protruding member and the cable sealing member in between. The elastic cable sealing member has a plurality of through holes forming a single row, each hole configured to have a cable extending there through. The cable sealing assembly is configured to seal the cable entry when the protruding member and the recessed member together apply an even pressure on the cable sealing member.

An exemplary CT retainer includes a body that has one end portion (110, 210, 410) configured to mount onto a wall (140) of the electrical enclosure. The body of the CT retainer also includes an opposite end portion with a basket (150, 250, 350, 450) for housing a CT. The basket includes a flexible clip (160 and 180, 260 and 280, 360 and 380, or 470) which is con figured to flex to allow insertion of the CT into the basket or removal of the CT from the basket.

    摘要: A method, apparatus, and system are described for a monolithic, pre-wired, pre-engineered, and pre-assembled integrated platform for a critical power supply and electrical distribution system that is scalable and modular. The skeletal framework of the integrated platform acts as an equipment support structure and includes an upper superstructure and a lower superstructure. Two or more cabinet enclosures are mounted onto the lower superstructure where their weight is supported by the skeletal framework. One or more National Electric Code approved (NEC-approved) electrical cable routing support systems are mounted onto the upper superstructure. The skeletal framework also includes one or more vertical columns that are connected between the upper superstructure and the lower superstructure. The skeletal framework and the cabinet enclosures are fabricated in place as a monolithic, pre-wired, pre-engineered, and pre-assembled integrated platform prior to being installed.
