Abstract:
A paint roller tray includes a paint roller reservoir adjacent one end and a roll off area sloping upwardly away from the paint roller reservoir. The slope of the roll off area is maintained by a support member longitudinally spaced from the paint roller reservoir. The support member is comprised of one or more compartments each having a closed bottom and open top, and an inner wall extending above the upper end of the roll off area to separate each compartment from the roll off area.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electroless plating apparatus which can reduce the amount of a plating liquid to be used, maintain a stable plating process, be downsized, reduce an apparatus cost, form a film having a uniform thickness over an entire surface, and prevent a plating liquid from being deteriorated due to a temperature rise. The present invention comprises a holding apparatus for holding a substrate with a surface, to be plated, facing upward, a plating liquid holding mechanism for sealing a periphery of the surface, to be plated, of the substrate held by the holding apparatus, an electroless plating treatment liquid supply apparatus for supplying an electroless plating liquid to the surface, to be plated, of the substrate sealed by the plating liquid holding mechanism to allow the supplied electroless plating liquid to be stored on the substrate, and a heating apparatus provided below the substrate.
Abstract:
A wax applicator having a first container to contain wax and an applicator head for receiving the wax from the first container, and a roller for transferring the wax to a surface which may include a lid.
Abstract:
A debris collection tray and method of making and installing of same which comprises an elongated, thin, sheet material member which is constructed of a pliable material so that the lower portion of the member can be bent to a transverse position relative to the upper portion member. An adhesive strip or other form of temporary securement is to be applied on the back surface of the member with adhesive to be applied to a vertical wall surface at a selected location so that the lower portion of the member will function as a trough and catch falling debris.
Abstract:
A hand held bingo card marker comprises: A) an elongated body portion having a generally central longitudinal axis within a surrounding side wall, a top end, and a bottom end defining an ink reservoir; and B) a head portion extending from the elongated body portion and including a neck channel and dauber extending at an angle of about 40null to 60null from the body portion the dauber being in fluid communication with the ink reservoir when the marker is inclined and the dauber is pressed against a surface. The marker is ergonomically advantageous and characterized by ease of use.
Abstract:
The present invention includes a paint bucket preferably formed of a flexible material and having a set of rigid support arms extending opposite each other along the perimeter of the paint bucket. An ergonomic handle is provided for supporting the paint bucket. The ergonomic handle is preferably formed of a semi-circular, or horse shoe base, for surrounding a portion of the perimeter of the paint bucket. Slots are provided on either end of the base for receiving the rigid support arms provided along the outer perimeter of the flexible bucket. The bucket is easily removable and replaceable within the semi-circular base as desired by the user when using several different paint colors or when the bucket is empty. A support member extends outwardly from the base opposite the slots. The support member may include a gripper handle provided for swiveling the bucket into a usable position and maintaining that position by the user. A strap is provided with the support member for securing the support member along the forearm of the user.
Abstract:
In a multi-processor system, each processor has a respective hard affinity queue and soft affinity queue. For execution of a thread, a queue loader places an instance of the thread upon the hard or soft affinity queue of a selected processor. The selection may use an affinity attribute, processor attribute, accessor function, or a respective program of code threads for each processor. A thread instance on a processor's hard affinity queue is executed only by that processor. A thread instance on a processor's soft affinity queue is executed by that processor unless another processor has a soft affinity queue empty of thread instances ready for execution. Each processor alternates service priority between its hard and soft affinity queues. When a thread has a soft affinity it is initially bound to the processor it is started from. It will, then, be bound to the last processor it has been run on.
Abstract:
An ink composition or system for writing instruments constructed with a polyester fiber reservoir and a porous oriented fiber nib. This ink system will write on both black and white surfaces. On black surfaces, it will reveal itself as being opaque and metallic almost iridescent in appearance. On white surfaces, a tint of color is observed with distinct flecks of silver. The ink system is composted of water as a carrier, a permanent water-based binder, a colored pigmented permanent water-based dispersion of sub-micron particle size, a unique aluminum dispersion of specific particle size in a special carrier, a humectant, a surfactant that lowers surface tension, an anti-settling additive, a preservative and a base acting as a pH adjuster.
Abstract:
A bucket includes a side wall structure surrounding an interior and extending from a base to a top peripheral rim at an open top. The interior of the bucket includes an upper portion and a lower portion defining a well. A floor between the upper and lower portions surrounds a top of the well and is pitched so as to direct fluid into the well. A reduced size of the well relative to the upper portion of the bucket interior serves to gather fluid into a constricted volume reservoir for efficient pick-up through the distal end of a wand of an airless paint sprayer extending down through the open top and into the well of the bucket.
Abstract:
A painting container having a first cavity adapted to receive a painting utensil and a second cavity adapted to receive liquid to be applied to a surface with the painting utensil. A handle extends in the direction of the cavity is attached to the container that permits a user to grasp the handle while using the container for applying liquid to a surface. The handle is also dimensioned so as to allow the painting container to be mounted on a ladder. In one embodiment, the container is adapted to receive a liner and in one embodiment, the liner can be configured to have a roller tray to permit use of the container with roller application of paint or liquid to a surface. In another embodiment, the container is dimensioned so as to fit on a painting supply container to permit the container to reseal a painting supply container.
